That's not the point.
What she's saying is that Sushant wasn't one to put all his eggs in one basket. Irrespective of lobbying or nepotism (which are real issues which he probably faced), he had other options. He was passionate about astronomy and stars, about organic farming, and he even said that if he doesn't get films one day, he'll make his own short film. So she's basically refuting Kangana's claims as the reason why Sushant would slide into depression and commit suicide.
