Yes, this statement has clarified (and contradicted) the previous one- he is essentially saying he doesnt know her- he has also claimed SSR was just a professional contact and he is willing to cooperate with the Bihar police.So forcible implication is not even a possibility then.

Regarding her petition- to clarify- I am not sure if the statement has been used. But this is what usually happens- an FIR with all its signed statements that form a part of the FIR and a list of witnesses for and against are made available to both parties. A possibility is that Rhea's side leaked this.

But honestly, cant say for sure.

How does he not know Rhea at all when she has given him pic credit on so many of her Insta pics ?

He has now clarified saying basically he doesnt know and cant comment on her because he doesnt know. So now falls flat
