In an explosive claim, Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer Vikas Singh has claimed that on February 25, 2020, the family had reported to Bandra police saying, "he is not in good company & please ensure nothing happens to Sushant". The Deputy Commissioner of Police in Mumbai, Anil Trimukhe has denied being in knowledge of this. He said he was not posted on the case, BollywoodLife.com reported.

Vikas also made other serious allegations saying that the family is upset that the Mumbai Police did not interrogate Rhea as it was expected. Reports state that Vikas has said that the actor's family has alleged that they are being pressurized to name production houses when it is not the case. Sushant's family wants only Rhea to be interrogated.

Mumbai Police in response to this allegation has said that the family members of the late actor did not mention anything of this sort when the initial investigations happened in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.

On Tuesday evening, Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh accused Rhea of taking Sushant's cash, jewellery, laptop, and credit cards with her when she dumped him on June 8, 2020. Rhea also had Sushant Singh Rajput's trusted bodyguard fired on March 22, just before the coronavirus lockdown.

Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, parents, and Sushant's manager Shruti Modi have been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal code – 306 (abetment to suicide). 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation), 120 (criminal conspiracy) – and also charged them under the Mental Health Care Act.

Why didn’t he take him to Patna? So his family knew everything but were so scared of Rhea?? Isn’t his son-in-law a police officer?

Non bailable does NOT mean that you can't get bail

Usually bail can be given by courts and by the police itself. Its for small crimes. Its called bailable offence bec bail is a right. Meaning that offence is so small that the court or police have to give you bail. No choice.

A non bailable offence is one where you have to go to courts. No police. Bail is not a right here. You have to put up arguments and the judge can decide either way

Your posts are reasonable in non-PC situations, so please step back and think for a moment what you just said here.

Imagine a victim of domestic abuse. How much does it take to get the woman out from the situation even if family AND police are involved?

None of us knows what exactly happened, but in the narrow context of family wanting to rescue SSR from a bad domestic situation, it wouldn't be as easy as plucking him out of the flat and flying to Patna.

Kangana is wrong with her hate political campaign but if this happened to kangana instead of ssr, she would've filed police complaint like she did previous time with pancholi and was going to fight this case. She's not scared. I wish ssr was the type who is not scared but again people like rhea would've used the woman card and win the case. I am all for women in power but against evil women in power.

People look down upon you for talking about having mental problems and call you names. He was afraid he was going to not get work because of that label. Also she was saying she was going to accused him that he killed disha, all these reports are allegedly.

February was way before Disha passed away and there was no lockdown then either. I also don’t understand being scared of people knowing his mental health issues, that’s not worse that his MeToo allegations. If anything people would have sympathized with him that he’s been in depression since the false MeToo allegations. His family knew everything and he has a police officer in his family, you’d think they’d be able to take down “struggler” Rhea.

Everybody is different in handling things. He was already isolated from the industry from blinds and what not so mental health would've made him seem too crazy to work with. But again if this happened to someone who is proud of their mental illness and spreading awareness of the cause, it would've turned out different but I understand his case. Maybe getting threats since he was saying they are hurting me on the phone. Who knows who is involved in this but manager said he hated rhea, I don't understand how rhea and the manager hate each other but still take pictures of each other on social media.

But why didnt he share his concern with his family coz his sister had posted a screenshot of the chat right where she asks him to come to the US for a break and he said bahut man karta hai. then there were also pics of him coming to the airport to pick his sister and husband.

so if Rhea was isolating him, how was he communicating and meeting family freely.

I feel Disha's death should be investigated in detail and then his, also his Bollywood sabotage blinds and contracts should be investigated too along with the Rhea angle

I also feel strong political influence behind him changing his SIM card and fearing for his life. what happened at that Disha party and was there any political connections
