AFAIK, the police is still doing their job as investigation is still on. 40 days is nothing. People wait years. What are you even talking about? This is now in the public domain. It doesn't mean that everything Sushant's father says has to be accepted as the 100% truth especially when it makes no sense.

Do you know how grave an allegation it is to say doctors conspired with a third party regarding his son's illness? How would he even know something like that? It can only be a theory he created.

His family members are publicly involved in the investigation now. You cannot control the narrative by making people shut up so one side can keep making crazy allegations without anyone questioning it.
