Only her doctors can confirm whether this is true. Sushant may have asked her to keep his treatment documents with her because his sister was visiting his house and may be he didn't want his sister to find out?

5.my son had 17 crore in an account out of which 15 crores has been transferred to a accounts which my son has nothing to do with ,all transactions and account of my son should be checked ,how much money Rhea and her family accounts was transferred ? - Goes to show how little his family was connected with him. Sushant opened 2-3 companies and invested in them, and that he did along with Rhea. I am sure their familiy was clueless about it as usual because Sushant didn't think they needed to know that information.

6.why after rhea my son stopped getting films - Not true. He had signed films but the filming was delayed due to the pandemic. There was a pile of scripts in his house.Even the day before he died, he was having a script discussion with his director and writers.

7.my son suhant wanted to invest in organic farming with his friend mahesh, Rhea opposed him and threatned him, that she would leak his all medical documents, but when Sushant refused she left with laptop,cash,credit cards, jewelry,medical documents, pin passwords - Again, this is an allegation, not a question. What is the proof of this?

Rhea didn't let Sushant contact his family and refuse to let him visit me in bihar. - Sushant's sister has put up screenshots of her conversation with him. They texted regularly. They followed each other on social media. How would Rhea stop this? Sushant is no doodh peeta bachha the way his father is trying to portray him here.

After 40 days meme police hasnt done anything concrete and is still investigating people whose role is less in whole case - Who should have been called for questioning? AFAIK, the police is still doing their job as investigation is still on. 40 days is nothing. People wait years. And sometimes it's necessary, because you cannot jump to conclusions and have to investigate all angles carefully.

I think the only time that a doctor would breach confidentiality and reach out to family would be if a person was declared mentally unfit and had not previously designated someone as in charge of his/her care. And even then, there can be many legal restrictions on what can be shared or not. If he was depressed, or even bipolar or something, those illnesses do not typically fit the parameters of mentally unfit. And it could be that he’d designated Rhea because he didn’t want his family to know.

As it pertains to the treatment documents or not allowing him to get treatment, I can’t see how he would be able to prove this. I mean like you said, her having the treatment documents could have a different explanation. Also, since he was able to access phone, internet, etc., was in contact with his sisters, it’s not like he was a prisoner. So the only way he was prevented from accessing care would probably be through blackmail, etc. and there would need to be physical or electronic proof of that.

As far as him not getting or having work after meeting Rhea, even if you accept that as true Sushant’s father basically provided the alternate explanation for that himself in the first point. Sushant might not have been working due to depression.

Let’s say the allegation that she blackmailed him out of his business plan with his friend is true too. Where is the written or electronic proof? Also, I’m assuming the friend in question is Mahesh Shetty, who has previously spoken about Sushant’s antidepressant use. Why wouldn’t Mahesh have mentioned this business idea? Shouldn’t he at least know some of these facts? You’ve also hit the nail on the head when you pointed out the sister’s screenshots. Others have also provided proof of being in touch with Sushant, so this idea that Rhea isolated him doesn’t hold up too well.

The last point is almost funny to me, because the criticism of the Mumbai police is spot on. They’ve blindly folded to public pressure (created by Kangana’s baseless accusations) and are asking Karan Johar, SLB, Bhatts, etc. to testify for who knows what reason. If Sushant’s dad is right, then Sushant was a victim of domestic partner abuse, and that’s what led to his death, not professional rivalry.

1. Ranveer Shorey, who also showed up at the funeral, clearly mentioned that the same folks who mentally tortured him from 2013-2015? are behind this. He was beaten by Mahesh Bhatt's son using an iron rod, breaking his kneecap, and hospitalized in Dec2012?.

2. Bhatt family, within hours of SSR's death, started proclaiming it was a suicide and because of schizophrenia,. Just like Parveen Babi.

3. Rhea seems to be close to the Bhatts

Above are my reasons for suspecting the Bhatt family. You are free to disagree. After all it's MY suspicion.

All the important points and doubts about Rhea would have had already told by SSR family to Mumbai Police in the early investigation .. So what the police did till now ?

Many ppl may be appreciating Sushant's intelligence.. But i must say that he was fool & dumb enough to let this shady gold digger Rhea come in his life ...

I feel so sad for his father. Losing a child is the most painful thing anyone can endure. He is just creating theories in his head to find an explanation for it.

Because seriously, he is alleging that doctors conspired with Rhea?? Doctors wouldn't reveal anything to a third party. If Rhea knew about his depression or whatever mental issues he had, it would be because Sushant told her. Alleging doctors are conspiring is crazy. And how would Sushant's dad know that in the first place? These are just things he's created in his head.
