Vidya hands down. Every generation has a pioneer on whose shoulders the newbies stand, Vidya, Kangana, PC- they've all made it easier for the next generation of female stars.

But Vidya was a real game changer in terms of how stardom is perceived beyond flowerpot roles

As an actor Vidya Balan is way ahead of Kangana.

Actor - probably equal but Vidya cant do comedy whereas Kangana was hilarious in TWMR2

Vidya any day with content and dialogue delivery. She has done a better variety of movies.
