Well she is a witness....she has accused people by name....and the police would want to know what she saw....this is serious shit.......if police starts treating this as a murder which Kangna wants.....they can get summons issued from the court for her...

But the thing is that someone who is so angry about SSR.....is not willing to travel and give her statement.....and people are all travelling and doing important work....it is no more a lockdown.

witnesses are subpoena'd by the court from what i understand to give their statements in court...

from this article it doesn't say anything about her getting a subpoena.. mumbai police just wants her statement to build to their case, they can easily do that through phone or video conference..

She must be stalling to gather more evidence from the “public domain”. All her evidence seems to be based on hearsay and articles published online. She made a complete mockery of SSR’s death on live television. Throwing out baseless accusations and screaming murder while referencing a game of Fck.Marry, Kill played on a silly talk show.

In all this I feel the saddest for SSR’s poor family. It is extremely heartbreaking to see his death be used to carry out a hate-filled personal agenda by a vengeful woman who has issues of her own. Don’t use someone’s death to settle personal scores.

No, she is not a witness at all. If she was, She would have been subpoenaed by now instead of being asked to come down to Mumbai. She is just someone who thinks has more information to contribute to the case. That does not make her a witness
