I would suggest what would be more the worthwhile for Arnab would be to schedule to another interview with respected Nirbhaya lawyer. She seems to strongly feel there is a need for CBI probe and is respected around India. Or Manoj Bajpai who can reveal valid ugly truths about the industry. One on one interview. The way he conducts debates I don't think people know how to have them they are always screaming over one another and don't know how patiently listen.

Indeed, this could put movie mafia in trouble.

Issue with Arnab is that he is too loud and one sided, his credibility has gone down in past one year but I believe he still have good influence specifically in terms of current government backing.

I hope credible people within industry like Manoj Bajpai should speak up but it might be too risky for them, there seems to be lot happening behind the scenes, mafia are way too powerful and righteous ethicals ones with little to no backing suffers at end. Though legal route by Subarmanian swamy and associated lawyer Iskaran can make big difference.

Well I agree with Arnab here although he is not always right. The right of freedom of speech is granted to the people for a very important reason in the American and Indian constitution. It is there to hold the rich and powerful accountable. If everyone where to shut up the rich and powerful can get away scott free with anything. That is why the mafia maligns anyone who speaks up. In a case where the police has done such a shammy job investigating people have to speculate to hold the nepo bullies accountable.

I will give you an example. Hrithik accused Kangana for harassing him. For years she was defamed and maligned. The court found no evidence in the case. Can she now pursuit a defamation case against Hrithik? You know who got one Tanushree Dutta for speaking up about what Nana Patekar did to her. No victim who has spoken up in America has ever had a defamation case against her. Not even Joe Biden's victim. She wasn't taken as seriously by the media as some others. The whole point of #metoo was These defamation cases are always used as a weapon in America for anyone who has the courage to speak up against the powerful.

This lady really wants that Kangana should shut up. It is why she is also using the THREAT of defamation cases.

The summary I read basically said the had no lead on any side of the case in terms of evidence. It was Hrithik's statement that the reasons he couldn't make a successful case was because a woman can't be found guilty of stalking according to Indian authorities.
