Bulbul has shades of grey, emotional vulnerability, a savage style of giving it back! Everything in the characters Aloo has done so far and so much more. Tripti is prettier, more self-made, and a better actress than Aloo! The first two qualities aren’t even debatable!

Don’t mean to offend the ardent fans here

But judging from this clip this movie seems really boring.

I read the plot on Wikipedia, it looks dull and riddled with the usual

Tripti really good in bulbull ...first time watched an Anushka Sharma PH film that too after seeing you people's review here ...

M not saying this coz she is outsider I mean it ...she is lot better in acting hope she gets some good projects

I saw Tripti in Laila majnu and she was alright for first movie . No interest in watching a 1940s ghost movie

Tripti is more talented and more beautiful.

Alia was wonderful in Highway, 2 States, Raazi - her best performances IMO. Also she lights up the screen - even though she isnt a looker, just a PYT. So she has oodles of screen presence. No need to write her off as of now..but she is past her prime IMO.

Tripti's Bulbul was a breakout character and I love how she looks, her voice and her dialogue delivery is super crystal clear. Wish to see more of her.

i saw all the hype about tripti in bulbul, but when i watched it i found her acting to be ok, nothing amazing

Tripti! Even when I found Alia's acting good, I was aware of the fact that the character is not real, because I felt like Alia logically knew all the things her character was supposed to do and just did them. But Tripti though. Was blown away by her acting. You could even feel the tremors in her voice when she was panicked. Hope she gets more roles.
