it’s got nothing to do with confidence...as a business man if he already knew the song won’t be a hit y invest in it..? Let’s not get ahead of ourselves!

But as a business Man U know there are ppl(fandoms) out there waiting for a release of the second song....U’d be stupid not to cash in on it!

If sids song came out first he would have used the same tactic....!

it’s a pure business move but some fans out there won’t get it

Absolutely. I was quite serious when I kept harping I need a song to dance. Why do you think I keep posting peppy numbers all over the forum without reason? 😆 I am a dancer, Ashwini. I can do contemporary but it won’t pick up my mood. I am insane for beats and dance numbers 😆

My honest opinion on song when I heard it first time I felt like yeah Kya bakwas song hai but then I tried to hear 2nd time only like kurta pajama kala kala wala lyrics the tittle sounds catchy may be it will grow slowly.btw it was my 1st tony kakkar song I never listen his songs.

I personally liked the song and the MV because it was exactly what I expected from a Tony Kakkar project 👍🏽

And this is just the beginning for Sana, hopefully her next MV will be even better with some of her own vocals!

I love peppy songs too Uma, but definitely not this one 😆

All opinion is valid for sure. Concept wise, Kurta Pajama has some weak parallels in Asha Bhosle’s Piya tu ab toh aja with Sonali Bendre. The difference here is Tony himself is a pop star, so he would have a significant presence.

As for women being objectified, we have significant pop songs with men being objectified too by those criteria, the most famous one being the father/mother of Indian pop, Alisha Chinai’s Made in India where India’s hottest and priciest male super model Milind Soman was objectified to the hilt with just a couple of seconds that too.
https://youtu.be/IvloHsmi_vg
The latest of male objectification again by those criteria would be Priyank Sharma in Astha Gill/ Badshah’s Buzz- a fantastic song again.

For me real objectification of women is skin show and drawing crowds in with boob showing and booty moves and male models being asked to shed their shirts or showing male cleavage. So, yeah, different viewers, different takes.

Objectification is subjective too 🤷‍♀️

The song is short and average. It does stick to you after 3-4 replays but not in the league of Coca Cola and Goa beach...

The best part was sana - her screen presence and expressions are on point... but like others I would wish that she sings her own songs... she was fab in Veham!
