I am sure it is better to skip the first 19 episodes coz they were full of tragedy. All you need to know is that Ifrah , the female lead is an orphan. Her father's friend had to marry her secretely to give her a shelter. He treats her like his daughter. Shahmeer (Furqan) is going to fall in love for her without knowing that she's already married. 😳

I mean it was sad only in the beginning, but from epi 20 on it got better, with the lovestory of Furqan and Fariya (Shahmeer and Ifrah) . The writers are : Hina Huma Nafees. they wrote Munafiq, and Soteli Mamtaa too

No. They are just 2 twin sisters: Hina and Huma.😃 I hope you like the chemistry between the leads. It is not a typical saas bahu drama. Ifrah's husband doesn't really take her as a wife. He is loyal to his 1st wife. That wife is a very positive character.
