Nepotism is every where.

One of the places I know hired HR director's relative. The relative used to come to work drunk daily. Nobody opened their mouth for not offending HR.

the problem is when insiders start to manipulate and snatch movies from outsiders; hand it to nepo kids.

thats the problem.
