I can almost say it with certainty that it was scripted. When something is so unbelievable and clearly propaganda. Kjo wants Alia to be considered more attractive than she is.

Not everything is scripted but there are some things that could be requested to guests that they should say it in the show.

Only bad thing I found that in the video is Karan asking "where's the chemistry?". why tf is he questioning guests choice? especially on a rapid fire.

One more thing to notice in the video was how kjo had a slight bitchy smile on his face while asking about sushant in every episode as if he was sure he would be insulted especially in that Sara episode. It seems like sushant was seen as a joke by insiders. Sara seemed very appreciative of sush whe she was giving interviews with him but here she seems just as bitchy not because she picked Ranveer but because of the way she hesitates and chuckled after answering. Also Kriti immediately changes her answer after Karan's "where was this chemistry".I mean if she really felt her chemistry with sush was better why did she change her answer? Something negative was definitely going on against him.. Also I don't think they saw him as threat, I think they saw him as joke because he was different.
