Why do they not give us storylines with substance anymore?

Exactly

Here they are just showing that she likes everything that her sister owns.

So Areeba got married with emmad. Minal is so jealous from areeba's everything; her husband, her house, her Jewellry iher lifestyle and she wants her fiance ahmed to become like emmad. She wants get everything that areeba has. She even wants to wear the similar dress which areeba wore in her marriage. I don't get one think is her fiance ahmed has any self respect. Matlab pyaar apni jaga par self respect sabsy pehly honi chaiye aur minal ki baaton sy saaf zahir hai k wo areeba sy jealous hai phir bhi usko samjhany ki bajaye he is again roaming around her. I guess minal will left him and he will end up with hajra.

This serial is not working for me. The story is pretty much predictable. What message they want to give from this cheap story that one sister can ruin her sister life and husband jitny bhi pyaar k dawey kar lein wo kabhi apky nhi banty. Why they show such stories why there are very few dramas where husband wife relationship is shown stronger, where some ideal husbands with good characters are shown.

Is this only me who finds areeba's face chubby and her makeup is also not good.

Thank you for the review. You saved my precious time.😆

I was wondering too!😕 why showing so much negativity , and disloyality in dramas? But then this is the easiest way to get TRPs. 🤔 There were many good dramas which value marriages but they flopped. Like: Amaanat, De Ijazat , Tawaan , Badnaam ..

They should promote such dramas. Badnaam is one of my favourite. I really like those dramas where they focused on marital relationship. When they shows a strong marital relationship where a married couple face all the ups and downs togather and stays togather. Emmad character in cheekh was ideal husband but unfortunately he died.

De Ijazat was an amazing show . Mikaal and Zarnish had great chemistry and it felt like a nice slice of life story. I enjoyed watching it and even though it was a biweekly it had the feel of a weekly serial. Tawaan, I had no time and left it after the part where the girl that kills Emmad's fiancé comes to his house and his mom believes that's him or something like that.

Was Amaanat on Urdu1 with Rabab Hashim? I remember the title card but nothing else about it cause I didn't follow. Might watch Badnaam if I have more time soon since I'm following many dramas. Some episodes even have 1 million views on Dailymotion, which is shocking 😲.

Dont want to be judged but I actually find this drama watchable even though it has a creepy storyline..Minal is behind the riches more than Asfand..I still want to understand why she is so jealous of her sister - there is underlying tone of massive siblings rivalry..how can two girls be so different, with same kind of upbringing? Reminds me of Aaina movie of Amrita Singh and Juhi. I wish they actually have some kind of a backstory to why Nisha is the way she is.

I like them too. But what can we do to make TRP aunties like them too? smiley6

@red . They killed him to gain more sympathy for Saba.smiley7But in the end ..we felt that her victory means nothing after she lost all her beloved ones.

Yes. The chemistry between the leads, and the relatable story of them made it worth watching.smiley4

She wasn't the killer, it was her fiancee. But she felt responsible too. I loved their love after marriage story. Their chemistry was the highlight of this drama.smiley27

It is about 2 couples: my fav was that of Rubab and Noor. He was very supportive, and her saas wasn't an evil for a change.smiley4

You won't be shocked if you watch it. The lovestory between the leads , and their chemistry was outstanding. Yet when ARY aired it it put it on 10 pm timeslot..which she gave only to its flop shows
