With 33%of cast and crew policy it will mostly be lead actor who r going to work over time as their scenes will be more plus dey r face of show and rest of actor will probably huv less scenes or as dkp suggested dey r going to huv rotating unit so dat everyone gets to earn something

If actors and crew and artists have to adjust to everything, then why cant ph too adjust?

Regional shows don't have even 10% of budget like hindi shows or are as rich as hindi tv ph yet they can give insurance without any waiver.

See if they want to shoot, the sensible thing would be for the PH to agree with FWICE and shoot 2-3 weeks create a bank of episodes and then start airing them.

Because shooting and airing simultaneously will create a lot of pressure on the cast and crew. Jahan itne waqt tak telecast nahi kiye fresh episodes wahan 2-3 week aur mat karo! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Exactly shifting the shoot somewhere else is not the convenient option. Also, if they would be willing to spend so much money then why not just provide insurance of 25Lakhs! 😇

Mostly actor travel by themselves . Production house can ensure for crew members like providing bus and all . Anyway dey cannot huv whole team dat much dey can provide

But daily traveling between shoot and home will also increase d risk of contamination especially for those who r using public transport .
