I select till a few words around the gif along with the gif to be posted ( upar ya niche) then the option to copy comes. And while pasting remove the extra words.

It's hassle free on tenor site 😅

What I do is select the gif ( jaise drag karke text select kartey Hain) then copy and paste.

Zeals method may work for giphy too I think.
