Don't you guys think things might have been a bit different for Sushant with a better PR team? I mean look at Kriti.. The girl manages to market herself as a BO queen solely on basis of her PR.. perhaps the effect of blinds would not have been as much had Sushant had a better team?
PS. no I am not making excuses for nepotism.. That exists and that undoubtedly did affect Sushant's career. I am just wondering how outsiders can combat this situation
It depends on how the celeb wants it to be. When they are new, PR control them, that's why we get annoying PR articles on new actors. Sushant's was no different when he was with Image Smith. Bohat chodta tha uske PR tab. Then when the celeb gets a flop or a setback s/he introspects and ask their PR to calm the eff down. It happened with Shraddha, and Sushant too. His PR didn't milk his successes that much coz he didn't subscribe to that anymore.
But if a celeb has been in the industry for a few years, doing well enough to dictate his/her PR, still the PR posts annoying level of praise and bad gossips on rivals, that means that celeb wants it that way.
That's why despite having the same PR, DP's PR work and Shraddha's PR work are different.
