This is the only industry where they can survive, they will do anything to keep their glasshouse intact. If that requires destroying all the other houses nearby which is obstructing their view or covering up their beautiful house, they will do it.

I am sure during that IIFA moment, when he was called on stage he must have felt so proud and happy to share the stage with his idol only to lose respect and get humiliated seconds later, by the same man.

TBH, I don’t think Alia saying that she’ll kill Sushant in the KWK ‘kill, hookup,marry’ question which people are circulating is a big deal. KJo snatching projects from others and handing it to her on a platter is the problem. Like I just feel that people are not really protesting on the right issue. Another example, the problem isn’t nepotism per se. It is when #1 projects are snatched from others & given to them #2 and/or their lack of talent

You have to consider the no. of followers each has. Not many people follow Karan in comparison to Alia, so naturally he will lose less than Alia.

You are correct.

The problem with people like Alia is that she’s not a true blue “actual” star. Projects are specifically made for her. Work is created for her and work is snatched from others at the same time. She wasn’t the first choice for a lot of movies but Kjo always gets her in.

Too much recognition too fast. In a matter of 4 years she got 3 best actress awards. Kareena and Priyanka don’t even have that many. Rani doesn’t even have that many. The biggest WTF one being for Gully Boy. So there was no one else last year who acted better ?

Interestingly Salman Khan turned out to be the smartest of the lot in restoring his image.
His latest tweet had me giggling - asking his fans to empathize with Sushant's fans and respect their sentiments.

That, followed by "bhai bhakts" posting videos and photos of Sush and Salman looking happy and dancing together.

Sushant is gaining followers but what’s the use now. Sadly some people get praise after they leave while lucky ones gets praised while alive and after gone. He went from 9.8 million on insta to 13.4 million

And she has blocked/limited the comments frm every insta post
