The contract marriage always bring bitter sweet memories. I can understand what Arnav felt when he saw Shyam hugging and Khushi saying "leave Anjali ji". Anjali's accident and the news of her pregnancy turned his world upside down. Why did he not pay conscious attention to Khushi or Shyam to check whether they are indeed playing with his Di?

Exactly! Everything doesn’t have to be looked at by a romantic angle! She was just admiring the scene, correct!

I think by not being fond of children he was referring to the noise and their crazy antics and not the actual kids itself because if we look at that certain episode where he bought the birds for that girl’s sick father, he didn’t hold any grudge and happily did it! Aditya too has played a part in changing his views!

He had cared for her in his own way. This was one of the good moments.

He cared for her so much knowing how selflessly she put herself on line to save someone. She did that on many occasions. Then what went wrong? Does that mean this happened before he was kidnapped?

The past is so heart touching.., they were moving very slowly, yet forward, in spite of the wretched beginning of their contract marriage, the love for each other, did try it’s best for him to see the gem of the woman he dared to misunderstand, yet it finally was his mind that won .. and now here he is , begging for forgiveness and second chance

How can he hurt her anyway when he was in so much love with her??

Thank you for the update .It was a flashback of their contract marriage days where kushi was hurt or rather we can say she burnt her hand in order to prevent Anjali from touching a hot frying pan.

Seeing kushi in pain Arnav took a lot of care of her because he saw that she bore the brunt of the pain to protect Anjali and she happened to be his sister. This was one of the few good instances of her contract marriage which was nothing but a sham, but the rude and inconsistent behavior which he displayed during their marriage overshadowed the few good instances of their contract marriage .

Now he is trying to behave like a gentleman get into her good books by doing all sort of cheap stunts.
