I shall be there for you. I hope everybody finds that one person for themselves in life who will listen to you no matter what- be it a parent, sibling, friend or partner and you shall be for them what they are to you.

And to regulars and irregulars and stalkers and haters and silent members here: If you guys ever feel like you're exploding with the need to just talk or be heard, reach out as some of you have been doing. I may not be able to do anything at all, but can atleast read and hear you out for whatever it is worth. Please love yourself and others enough to reach out. Use the virtual community for good purpose. Stay safe ❤️

Yes, the depression also reminded me of that conversation.

Yes, I really wish that we can be that person in our closed ones lives. We can't be doctors but we can be supportive.

And i m not saying this related to any SidNaaz news ..its just a general comment bec this year we hv hardly anything positive to celebrate ..

Agree... Covid and subsequent lockdown has given us little to cheer about. Everyone is affected - people losing income and all the miseries because of lack of income, people not getting their due recognition, people not able to cremate their loved ones properly, people not being able to see their moved ones, weddings postponed, new / to-be parents worrying about their newborn, immigrants plight and the list goes on.....

This has brought about different emotions of frustration, anger, guilt, helplessness to name a few... Would urge everyone to spend time with their real life friends and families even if its over a video call... its important for us and them. Take time to focus on own health... meditation/ yoga / exercising / food and relaxation....

This too shall pass! 👍🏼

Just a piece of advise from me and this comes from personal experience. Though, I have not been into depression and I may not understand your pain and sufferings. But, I always believe that, nothing can get on you unless you allow it. I always go with the advise that my mom gave me and when I'm low that don't think you're the only one in the world that is having problem or in worse situation, there are people who is in a situation which is far more worst than you. Learn to live and fight your battles.

If anyone want to talk, please pm me. I'm not good with words but I will surely try to help you.

Rest in peace Sushant 💔

People who away from family, alone are more prone to these. I know cos even I am alone for a long time. It does get depressing.

Please guys and gals even if u r away , hang in there. Keep urself calm and focus on positivity. Obv it's easier said than done . Find anything that find you peace and comfort. And do open up. It can be anyone. But dont keep anything to urself.

Just read this intv. It tells you something He was an outsider and still didnt get his due despite doing relatively well. Karan Johan message abt not reaching g out for past year also signals towards it.

The industry is really brutal on outsiders. They have to struggle so much
