It’s Indian MNCs. They charge good amount to clients for services and pay less to their employees.

I never knew about this aspect H1-B incomes being high in US Co’s.

The big corporations in Silicon Valley pay around 120000K USD per yearalong with bonuses and options to own stock in the company ( that too for new university graduates). That’s definitely not cheap . Even for other cities like Seattle it’s around 100000 USD per year
