People don't reveal openly about negative characters because of backlash. Ayeza too said that there is a lot you can learn from her character of Yaariyan.

Urmila in the movie initially did have a grey shade so will be Mansha's but she would change into positive later if they are thinking to copy the whole movie which I feel like will be the case.

Sonya did hint that the show is copy and same Zahid did, so, I don't expect any newness from this. Also, Sonya and Zahid will be the end game like in the movie as people loved their pair in Ishq Zahe Naseeb, and makers are using their popularity as a couple to fetch the ratings just like despite Sri Devi played an out and out grey character but Sri and Anil were famous as on-screen pair and they ended up together in the movie too.

Urmila was a grey character in the sense that she was a complete brat. She liked a man and she immediately wanted him. She didn't care if he was married with kids or that he was actually in love with his wife. I think she first tries to trap him and have an affair but he clearly says no. Then she ends up breaking everything in the house for some reason. Then when she gets married she becomes a typical wife and mother. How idealistic lol

Same way Mansha will first try to trap him. In the teaser we see she is hugging him but he pushes her away. So something of that sort is coming up. Ab shadi ke bad bhi woh negative rehti hai ya nahi. Dekhna hoga. But promos dekh kar lagi to nahi negative but let's see

Sonya had said 15th in the comment but has the channel given a date?

In the movie every character was flawed. No one was ideal not even Anil's character. But the movie teaches you many things. You can have money, education, job, but you can't buy love (even if you buy it, it won't be from heart like in case of Urmila, she has everything but she needed a nice man like Anil in her life). Sri Devi had everything but not money and she thought that with money she will live happily but what's the use of that money if you don't have anyone to share with. She realises the importance of family towards the end of the movie. So, I guess ,Sonya's character won't be of vamp type (until they ruin it into a typical TV drama) but it's someone who has a weakness of being greedy, a flawed character which when goes through bad phase realises one's mistake.

Oh @heavenlybliss is right. Mansha's character looks dangerous. It doesn't look the same from the movie 😂

Also, they changed the storyline. In the movie Anil worked under Urmila and she was the boss.

Here, Mansha is the boss and Sonya works under her. Drama looks bold when I compare it to other Pak dramas.

I guess, Mansha will promise Sonya to make the boss in Return of her husband and we might see a drama and story getting extended from where the movie actually ended. The movie ended with both the women realizing their mistakes. Here, we can see much intense rivalry between two women .
