I want a large sized picture of the face of this lady on the top merged with the sky as if it is appearing from/coming out of it. Something similar to this:

Just a slight difference that in the cover, the lady's face should be seen looking downwards from the sky.

And I want either a deserted temple or a temple with people running helter and skelter below. Is that possible?

Also, if you could show the sky turning dark with a lightening effect, it would be great...
