Yup i know but dank/dang is a word in urdu.
it has several meanings...we still dont know which one is being referred to here

Never heard of it. Can't even think of a sentence in Urdu using 'dank' metaphorically being used for goosebumps. The word for goosebumps is 'Raungtay' metaphorically and otherwise like 'dar kai maaray raungtay kharay hona'.

Dank is def an urdu word means snakebite and it is pronounced the same way as Junk in English... just replace J with D

I always thought it was 'Dung' infact I have always said sapne dang mara.
Same! I thought it was Dang too, lol, because I've only heard the word being used. I actually asked my mother the other day because I was confused and she corrected me that it was dank.
So I assume it's just one of those easily mistaken words?
