It's very evident that Star Plus is basking under the glory of Mahabharat. They hit bull's eye then and even now it's a big hit.

SP has decided to go ahead with their decade long show and its spin off officially and then start the others one by one. Who knows some may go off air also.

Maybe a marketing strategy to highlight it's 10 yr plus show and its spin off bcos the latter's lead is getting mileage as Arjun hence they want to capitalise and divert trp audiences attention.

Another factor is COViD

Mataji has no say bcos she has two other shows on another channel which are sleeper hits. Those require attention too

KZK2 is expensive and being a business woman Ekta won't put all eggs in one basket.
