Sid always gets affected by shehnaaz touch , he never ever allowed her to touch him whenever he is too angry with her ( during breakup week) or too emotional for her ( 2nd time fake eviction) . That’s very rarest of rare thing, it clearly shows that indeed shehnaaz is extremely important part of his HEART❤️.

Ofcourse. But him admitting it is a big thing at that stage of their relationship. So many unseen conversations 🤷♀️. Sana was blamed for seeking footage when she tried to stop him and kept him from going berserk by other HMa and haters outside. Seeti maarne wale bohot the to see Sidharth lose his temper whether justified or not. Arre wah, kya action hero. And here, Sidharth had conveyed to her that he was loving her trying to keep him in check. And it also conveys that he was admitting to struggling with himself then. Shehnaaz is surely his heart. A good percentage of his tussles inside the house were a repercussion of him being affected when not on talking terms with her or something to do with her 😆
