Uske baad, when her engagement was being fixed then one day, she had to go on a date with the prospective groom. He proposed her and madam imagined Daya proposing her and she agreed. Then, in another episode, he showed her the engagement invitation cards and she imagined her's and Daya's name on it instead of Siddharth... Not to forget that Ishq Wala Love...

Post engagement, everyone was back to normal as if kuch hua hi nahi tha... As if there was no love letter drama, no fight between the duo nothing...

See, this is why I was praising Shayan the other day. Feelings just don't arise suddenly and it's not easily removable. It leaves its impact on the people involved. Whether you decide to be cordial or to avoid each other that's another thing but it's not something that you can totally erase it.

But unfortunately in some mainstream shows these things are treated in the most unrealistic way.

I read a few discussions in the CID forum... The members were discussing that this track was brought in just for the sake of trp's as a few fans on FB had requested for a romantic track just like the Abhijeet-Tarika track which I disliked but not this much.

But once this track began, the trp's touched the lowest level and they had to scrap it.

Agree completely... Feelings just don't arise all of a sudden and are not easily removable. Even if a couple breaks apart and decides to remain on cordial terms, the previous relationship actually affects them in the beginning... Aisa to nahi ho sakta na that you just press a delete button and everything gets deleted!!

Exactly!!! I was actually expecting a strained conversation between the two or some hesitation while talking with each other normally after the engagement but they were behaving as if kuch hua hi nahi tha...

No problem! Even though they could telecast only 34 episodes, they had shown so many things that I want to discuss it properly. I wish they had included subtitles. Then you guys would have understood it better.

About roasting, TBH, even I am tired. I think I might have irritated you a bit (or a lot) with my over possessive attitude towards Nazar. 😛 But to let go off something, I needed something as good as that, if not better so that I could shift my attention. Luckily Porer Meye served the purpose.

These days even bhatkofying seems futile because fans' response towards certain things is outrageous. I wasn't really planning on it but while writing the sequences, particularly got reminded of certain shows where these topics were handled in the worst possible way. Hence I said, may be we'll end up roasting particular shows/characters. 😛

Yup... Even I was totally pissed off with Shreya, her vrats, her dream sequences and her accusing Abhijeet...

In fact, that episode would have been among my list of good episodes if that vrat drama would not have been there cos it showed amazing bonding between the foursome: Abhijeet, Daya, ACP and Freddy.

Definitely... The pure bonding was always in Abhijeet, Daya, ACP and Freddy.

Isiliye, I keep the Abhijeet ka Inteqaam episodes among my list of good episodes cos it had nice scenes of everyone plus great acting by the four of them... Aditya sir throughout those two episodes, Daya sir, Satam sir and Dinesh sir when they found Abhijeet lying on the road, grievously wounded and not breathing and then in the next episode too.
