Is rani as big of a star as kareena?

Is rani as big of a star? She is one of the few still acting and bringing in numbers.

she is a better actress and does bring in numbers surprisingly still..all her recent have been successful ventures but still way below stardom in likes of aish or bebo..

she barely features on ormax top 10..does not have a statue which bebo does..is no where in the number game

overall her stardom despite numbers remain way below bebo and even aish..

Rani is an amazing actress and does some great movies.

But popularity wise, Kareena has the mass appeal but with class and talent. Look at all of Kareena's recent dance numbers, she still looks the best on screen. I couldn't take my eyes off her in Chandigarh Mein.

Even the new gen college songs, Kareena is miles ahead as Poo compared to Alia, Ananya, Disha.

Rani is a better actress and has a much better filmography than Kareena. But these days

She doesn't do the same number of movies so that takes her down lots of notches

She has let herself go. Bollywood is extremely critical of looks when it comes to actresses. If you are not hot then existence only matters to a few.

Kareena has most photographed person Taimur, Saif, her vampire family pics, her talk show, her movies to constantly keep her name around. I don't know what Rani has.

No. She was in Top 3 from 2002 to 2006. Hers was one of the steepest falls from the top, along with Preity Zinta. Like in a couple of years, she went from Top 3 to out of Top 10.

But she did bounce back after 2015. Her film choices improved of late. However, she is still not popular with audiences. They may watch her movies, but they will not think of her as their favourite. Kind of like Aamir Khan.

Kareena is good looking, acts better, has sex appeal and dances better. Besides she has better relationship with BW power centre.

Kareena put herself out there, she refused to be called has-been. Rani, on the hand, did the smartest thing by sticking to Aditya Chopra like Fevicol and never giving up until he married her. This is how she keeps getting films.

Btw, I dont try YRF's way of calculating the budget. Remember how low they made the budget of Befikre? I think they lower it a lot to make the movies look like a hit.

Compared to Kareena, Rani had a lot of people NOT rooting for her. Soon after Black and a couple of other hit films, her downfall started and it was mostly due to the rumour that she was getting married.

Well if star power is about attending Cannes and using your own child as a publicity device then Rani is not a bigger star

But facts remain facts.. her last 3 solo lead films are all hits .

Solo lead films of ash were duds

Kareena has no solo lead roles where she was the only face on the poster,let her do one and then we will compare

Now coming to media image and publicity , Rani has never cared so she will always pale in comparison .

This is the first time in the history of being alive that I have ever come across a sentence that says Kareena and dances better in one line. I don't know what I have missed out on but Kareena absolutely freaking SUCKS as a dancer. I could almost announce her as one of the worst dancers in Bollywood. The way she moves her hand so awkwardly in EVERY SONG brings torture to my inner soul and being! Rani is miles, miles, miles, miles, miles, miles ahead of Kareena in regards to dance.

I swear next thing you know, I'll probably read a comment stating that Salman, Abhishek, John Abraham and Sunny Deol can dance too. Nothing is impossible anymore 😆

Heroine got a 7.5 crore opening back in 2012. And veere di wedding was successful mainly bcoz of her. Sonam has no star power(as can be seen by all her solo movies being flops).
