Even Abhishek is not as tall as he used to claim. last year I read a blog post here on IF where a firang extra shared his Dostana shoot experiences. The guy said Abhishek refused to share the same frame with the firang coz the firang was taller than him and the firang said he was 6ft tall or 6'1".

All of the male stars add 2" more with their actual height. That's the norm, like they like to minus 2 years from their real age.

Kaka wala thing is plain insecurity hence he rarely wears non-elevatable shoes.

Rishi Kapoor said in one of his interviews or in his book that the industry used to mock him coz he was not a tall guy... toh woh wala insecurity baap ne shayad beta mein daal diya... hence he is so conscious about appearing taller than he is: Grown a 6ft na ho toh naak kat jayegi mentality from the father.
