😆 Which is what I am actually apprehensive of and I hope it’s not from here (in the sense the objective wasn’t to cause discomfort, but was trying to constructively find the source of our cognitive dissonance on some vids) coz I was saying there about her laughing at her own social commentary and not the other laughter add on which is the audience voice. Ab yeha, what she is doing is also hilarious- she is spoofing all including herself. I laughed every single time I saw it- Shehbaaz asking her to add her own laughter 😆
But in a serious sort of joke which is a social satire of sorts, the audience laugh wala voice alone “could” make a higher impact without her laughing. I still say “could”. Wohi tha woh discussion. I hope I was clear there. And so the Channel wala jhaadu pocha vid was effective for me. She retained her character in it and there was no dissociation from the persona. It’s all trial and error at the end of the day and showcasing the best version.
