MUMBAI:
Roli entered into her house after 9 months and a week...She reached her room then laid down her bed...Her heart is aching without any reason...She feels like lost something which is so precious...She nudge her face in her pillow to hide her tears from the world....
AFTERNOON:
Roli walked in her office surprising everyone.
"Good afternoon mam!' everyone wishes her standing in their place. She just gave them nod and went inside her cabin. Naina who was working sincerely raised her head after hearing the door opening sound. She saw roli and shocked...
"di?..' mumbled her got up from her place.
"hii naina!' she sat in her chair....
"you here?...why bhai didn't tell me about his arrival?' she queried pouting her lips.
"he didn't come!' informed roli opening her lap...Naina perplexed...
"he didn't come?...That means, you left him and your little baby and come here to see your stupid business right?' infuriated naina gritting her teeth.
Roli lifted her head and saw her...
"this much heartless you are?...how did you leave that little baby after seeing his beautiful face?..'
"stop your nonsense' roli slammed the table flinching her.
"Who told you I saw the baby?...' roared roli shocking naina. Tears brimming in roli's eyes....
"he didn't show the baby to me naina....everyone saw him..., except me!.. I couldn't see not even touch him' her throat blocked. She downed her head....
"I couldn't see him naina...I couldn't!! siddhant cared me only for the baby!'
"He selected his n-na-me without discussing to me!...He is enjoying each and every day with the baby b-but he gave me flight ticket to reach mumbai....am I heartless? I haven't seen him yet! I haven't' roli burst into tears while naina dumbfounded watching the crying roli...Roli rushed inside the washroom....
"She cried?' Sid asked with an amaze.
"yes...this is really wrong bhai' annoyed naina.
"naina..'
"please bhaiya...don't justify your act! You threw her away after your baby's birth right? why did you fall this much low bhaiya?' her tone reflects her anger.
"are you done? at least listen now what I'm trying to say....' said Sid told her everything why he behaved with roli badly.
"I thought she will come naina...but she didn't' Says him in a feeble tone.
Naina who heard everything doesn't know what to tell....One side roli is thinking that Sid cared her only for the baby but on the other side he did everything to get her back....Sid heard rohan's crying sound...
"OK naina...will talk to later!' said him hung up the call.
"your mumma cried..do you know why? for you champ! for you baccha!...we haven't lost her..she will come to you for sure' spoke Sid caressing rohan's little hairs.
NIGHT:
Everyone were in dining room having their dinner....Sid dropped his spoon in the plate then rushed near his child who was wailing. He reached the cradle...
"Shh..Shh..' he patted him to sleep again but rohan cries continously. Sid smiles,
"you want to sleep in papa's arms?' he took his munchkin in his arms and started rocking him. His family admires their cute boys with a smile...Surbhi finished her food in hurry burry as she wants to play her cutie pie...Sid touched rohan's foot and felt it's slightly chill...
"shona hold him..' said Sid tries to give rohan to his bua...Rohan clutched sid's shirt and didn't allow him to go....Surbhi took a breath....
"what do you want bhai?...tell me I will bring!' said her glaring at sid's little actor. Sid smiled,
"his socks and mittens' said him.....
Sid made rohan wear mittens and socks then picked him up and rocks him slightly. Rohan has fallen asleep...sid held him closer with his right hand and caressed his little hairs sitting in the sofa....
"why did you make him sleep again bhai?' surbhi pouted her lips as she thinks to play with him.
"let him sleep shona..Otherwise he will play the whole night..' he said placed him in the cradle again after kissing rohan's right cheek ....He wrapped a baby duvet around him then walked towards dining table to finish his food while surbhi sat beside the cradle and admires him...She saw rohan who was sleeping with a slight opened mouth...The blue towel adores him so much...
She moved her index finger and touch his petal lower lip. Rohan took his lower lip inside and continued his sleep. Surbhi smiled...
"my jalebi baby...' she pinched his nose...little harder making him start cry! Surbhi shocked...
Siddhant turned his head and saw his naughty sister near cradle....
"arrey yaar...shona' huffed Sid then walked near her. Sid saw rohan's pink nose...He glared at her keeping his hands in his either side of hip...
"bhai....'
"This is what you want right?...play! but if he cries then will kill you..' said Sid placed him surbhi's lap..
LATE NIGHT:
12: 45 AM:
Rohan was wide awake playing happily while surbhi cries literally rocking him with a yawn continuously.
"sleep jalebi...please naa!' says her patting his head while Sid was enjoying her cry with a smile lying in the sofa.
"aiioo it's 1 baby...sleep at least now' Said her looking at the clock. Sid smiled then got down from the sofa then reached her.
"Go and sleep shona' he said picked rohan in his arms..
"Thank god good night jalebi..' she pecked his forehead then walked out.
"So, now my darling is going to play with his papa' said Sid laid down in the sofa with rohan above him.
It's nearing down....
Rohan blinking his sleepy eyelids.
"thank god! finally sir got an idea to sleep!' mumbled Sid without stopping his pat in rohan's back. Rohan yawned....Sid pecked his forehead,
"Sleep champ....sleep! sleep!...shhh' Sid caressed his back.
Rohan closed his eyes and slept clutching his father's shirt button. Sid pulled the duvet and covered them with it...
MORNING:
MUMBAI:
Roli was in her car going to her office. She scrolled her mobile screen checking her social media account.
TWO CUTE LITTLE LEGS ARE READY TO WALK WITH ME!
Roli saw sid's post. She caressed her baby's foot...A cute and pinky foot with a perfect little fingers....
PUNE:
Swara knocked Sid's room door and waits sometime for sid's response. She opened the door then entered with a coffee cup and milk for rohan. She saw sid was sleeping in bed holding rohan while rohan was playing with himself without disturbing his sleeping father....Sid got to bed to sleep comfortably after mausi ji left in the morning.
Swara smiled....She placed the tray in the table then went near rohan...
"when did my handsome baby wake up?' asked her in a low tone looking rohan's face bents down. "My darling doesn't want to disturb your father....very good boy' she praised him.
"playing with yourself? come to bade maa...' says her took him in her arms.
Rohan giggled at his bade maa...Sid opened his eyes after hearing rohan's sound...He dazed seeing empty bed. He sat on the bed in all sudden with a high rate of heart beat...
"siddhant! siddhant calm down! rohan's here' says Swara finding fear in his face. Sid closed his eyes with his palm and huffed. His heart beat slows down as his son is safe and playing with his bade maa...
"he won't fall down siddhant as he didn't even start to crawl' smiled Swara.
"yeah I know bhabhi...just was scared seeing empty bed! that's all' says him covering his face. He yawned...
"sleep siddhant...I'll take care him'
"it's OK bhabhi...it's his massage day moreover my sleep is gone' said Sid watching his happy son...
AFTERNOON:
Sid feeds milk to rohan sitting in the sofa while others were talking sitting beside him...Sid dropped his son in mausi's lap who was in playing mood...
"give maa...let me eat my jalebi..' surbhi took rohan. Sid smiles then placed his head in ammo's lap...
"My jalebi...' surbhi pinched his cheek. Rohan laughed widely showing his toothless grin...
"aww! my baby..bhai see'
"shh..' ammo stopped surbhi showing sleeping siddhant. A smile crept over everyone's lips...
MUMBAI:
"Diii...please!'
"it's ok naina tell...I won't feel bad!' roli provokes naina to tell about rohan...her baby!...
"di..'
"please naina...' finally roli pleased...Naina closed her eyes in despair.
"He has bhaiya's eyes...'
"perfect and piercing!' said roli remembering sid's eyes which was always enticing..Naina smiled and nodded yes...
"He has bhaiya's nose..'
"sharp!' roli recalled how Sid rubbed his nose with hers...
"He has your lips and smile' Roli lifted her head from rohan's beautiful foot pic.
"And this beautiful mole' naina said touching roli's mole which was in her cheek.
"He smiles and responds cutely when we speak to him...such a beautiful baby' naina reminiscing thinking about rohan's smile..Roli some what drew rohan face inside her heart. Her eyes got moist.
EVENING:
"Listen shona...don't wake him up until I return' said Sid preparing himself to go town for buy rohan's things.
"OK bhai..I won't' she said like a promise...Sid shared a smile then walked out without making any noise after pecking rohan's head.
Surbhi was in sofa reading a book...Rohan got up from this sleep. He waved his hands and legs started playing...He forwarded his hand to hold the cradle...But something pricked his little finger....
He started squeaking...
"what happened?' surbhi asked rushing near rohan then picked him up. She started rocking the child but rohan cries more this time loudly.
"what happened jalebi? are you hungry?' she queried.
"What happened?' swara, ammo and MJ entered into the room in anxiety. Roli heard his wail who was talking with ammo in mobile...
"what happened? ammo? hello?' shouts roli but she didn't get any reply from her as ammo placed her mobile in the table and took rohan from surbhi.
"ammo?...ammo?' flustered roli grabbing her hairs. she disconnected the call and dialled sid's Mobile without wasting a second.
"why are you crying this much beta?' asks ammo put him in her shoulder and patted his back....
"shh...Shh' she hugged him tightly.
"Stop jalebi...' cries surbhi literally as rohan turned pink.
"surbhi call siddhant' mausi said. Surbhi took her mobile and dialled Sid.
Sid attended the call without seeing the display as he picking wipes, sanitizers for rohan.
"hello?'
"where are you?' He heard roli's tension filled voice. Sid shrinks his forehead and saw the display...
"why did you call me..?'
"siddhant...rohan is crying heavily, what are you doing without looking after him?' outraged roli in anger. Sid perplexed...
He saw surbhi's call he hung up roli's call and answered surbhi's....
"sho...'
"bhaiya please come soon' cries her petrifying Sid.
He left everything then ran towards his car like a storm.
Roli held her head with her hand and tears found a way to scroll down.
Rohan squirms inside ammo's arms making her feel difficult to hold him. she put him in the bed...
"Swara beta...feed him..maybe he will get calm' MJ Said.
"but maa..'
"you're his bade maa beta...feed him' MJ placed rohan in swara's lap. Swara nodded her head then tries to feed rohan...Rohan chokes badly and wriggling his head, pushing her literally making her hard to feed him...
"No maa...' swara Said placed rohan in the bed...
"what to do..?' ammo picked him in her arms and pacing in the room tapping his back.
"where is siddhant?' swara asked in frantic as rohan cries so long...
"ROHANNN..' sid called running towards his room. Ammo took a breath hearing sid's voice. Sid reached his room....
"champ' he came ammo and pulled his crying son inside his arms. Rohan clutched sid's shirt and sobs heavily.
"Ok baccha! OK! papa reached right? Shh...Shh' sid put him in his shoulder and started rocking him froth to back. His eyes are welled up..Rohan stopped his cry and sucking sid's shirt as his throat has dried due to long loud cry.
"shona..can you please bring milk for him?' asked Sid between his cry. Sid sat in the bed and caressed rohan's back..He kissed his child's hairs who was sobbing.
"bhai..' surbhi gave him a feeding bottle.
Sid put rohan in his lap then started feeding him. Everyone took a breath finding rohan is normal now.Sid saw rohan's right hand index finger and found a blood strain in his nail. He shocked...
"sho-Shona...what's this?' asked Sid gulping the lump. They saw his finger and dazed...
"bhai...don't know! he woke up then started crying! i didn't do anything bhai' surbhi pinched her neck and cries in fear...fear of sid's anger...
"hey pagal...why are you asking sorry honey? it's nothing' he smiled tapping her cheek...
"go bring...cotton and dettol!..' sid smiled hiding his pain.
Sid wiped his son's wet pink cheeks with his thumb. He kissed his forehead...Then pressed his cheek in rohan's cheek and cries silently as rohan's red eyes, ample of tears and his pink face was impaling his heart....
Ammo's phone started ringing... She saw the display then went out taking her mobile.
"ro..'
"what happened ammo?...why did my rohan cry?' spoke roli controlling her weep. Ammo got a smile,
"Nothing roli...he woke up from his sleep and cried' lied ammo as she doesn't want to create tension in roli's mind...
"he is OK right?'
"haan beta...you son is ok!' smiled ammo. Roli started breathing normally which she was holding till now.
Rohan whimpers in sleep as Sid wiping his finger with a dettol blowing air.
He kissed his finger and covered him with duvet then went near the cradle to check.
Sid took the bed and rohan's blanket from the cradle and checked. He didn't find any sharp or any things in it. He roamed his hand in the wood. He found a little sharp edges. Sid clutched the cradle then dragged it out of his room with a anger.....
Sid saw sanskar who was coming towards his room.
"siddhant what happened to rohan?..swara said..'
"this cradle's edge pricked his finger bhai!' informed Sid dragging it towards the store room.
Sanskar went inside sid's room...He saw his boy's wounded finger! He caressed rohan's head and kissed him affectionately...
NIGHT:
MUMBAI:
Roli was in her bed trying to catch the sleep which was going away from her eyes. She roams her right palm in her flat belly...
She's missing someone..Someone who always kicking and giving sweet pleasure hovering inside her...
Roli took her squarely pillow then placed it under her t-shirt...She was look like an 8 month pregnant woman now...But kicking his missing...
"chalo...you sleep! I'll tell you a nice story' said roli caressing her imaginary baby...
NEXT DAY:
MORNING:
ROLI'S CABIN:
Roli was tapping her lap's keyboard without any interest.
"di...Abhi sir is here!' informed naina entering inside the cabin.
"yeah coming!' said her in disinterest....Roli reached the conference room...She took a deep breath before entering into the room and masked her face with a fake smile.
"good morning abhi!..' greeted her sat in her place.
"good morning roli!' Smiled abhi back.
"so finally you are here! how was your days in pune' asked him.
"yeah good' she forced a smile while naina was connecting her laptop with projector.
"hmm...and siddhant's son? how is he? did you have his photo as I'm so eager to see his pic'
"N-No..I don't have' she replied downing her head...
"You...'
"Mr. Abhishek..shall we start?' interrupted naina stopping abhi. He smiled and nodded yes....Naina explained about next project to abhi which was in her own thoughts....
After an hour....
"Good! will do this project together' said abhi signing the contract. He forwarded the paper to roli.
"roli?' called abhi as he found her sinking in her thoughts....
"yeah..' she forced a smile and signed it.
"are you OK roli?' asked him as if it was old roli she will jump earth to sky after getting his contract but she's sitting simply without uttering a word.
"I'm fine' lied her. Abhi smiled,
"Umm...roli! I want to talk to you alone' said him giving look at naina...
Roli saw naina...
"naina!'
"ji' she nodded her head then walked out.
"tell me abhi..' asked roli.
Abhi took roli's right hand in his shocking her....
"Will you marry me?' asked him terrifying roli..............
