Few people are going out with strict restrictions and I think maybe Kaushal’s house is nearby so two people would be traveling by car ...

And yes most of the mumbai is in red zone but but taking proper precautions little bit of movement is there ..and who knows she would have made many tik toks in one go ....

As far as restrictions are to be considered even it is more of moving out without precautions,like if the police spots u without mask u are screwed ..and I have seen this happening with one person ....not that all are moving out normally with masks but little bit of movement is there ...
