Benefit = needy people get money and helps them during their tough time.

Nope online voting is not there. Three types of voting method

1. Go to the centre and cast your vote
2. Postal voting - means they will send you paper and then blah blah and then post it back to the electoral office.
3. Electoral voting - This is specially used by the special people(disabled people) old people who struggled to cast vote through postal (not able to write), then one of the person from the electoral office will come to your home and then you can vote in private along with that person. This is very expensive.

Online voting facility is not available. I am sure it will come eventually. I know so much about voting because I had worked as data entry officer in Election Commission Office.
