अपनी आंखें भी उसने लोगों के बर्तन धोते हुए ही खोली थी चाय की दुकान पर......बचपन, किशोरावस्था वहीं निकल गई.....
फिर किसी ने मार्कीट में अड्डा लगवा दिया चाय का....
कुछ बेहतर हुआ तो झोपड़पट्टी में एक झोपड़ी ले ली...
ठीक ठाक कमाई देख कर पड़ोस वाली कमला काकी ने ःअपनी भतीजी से शादी करवा दी.....

बाहर चाय शुरू कर दी..... मार्कीट जितनी कमाई तो नहीं थी पर गुजारा सही चल रहा था....
फिर एक दिन #लाक_डाउन..... जो थोड़ी बहुत बचत थी उससे गुजारा चलता रहा.... अब हाथ तो फैलाया नहीं था कभी... थोड़ा खाया, रूखा सूखा खाया... जिंदा रहे.....
फिर कल खबर मिली कि लाक-डाउन खुल रहा है....
एक बार फिर मुस्कराहट आई....
सुबह-सुबह रेगूलर दुकान से एक किलो चीनी, 100 ग्राम
चाय और एक किलो दूध मांगा... बाकी दोपहर तक दुबारा
आने की सुनकर दुकानदार ने पूरे दिन की लागत के हिसाब
से सामान दे दिया और पैसा शाम को दे देना कह दिया.....
दुबारा #अच्छे_दिन की आशा लिए दुकान चालू कर दी..... अभी तक 300 की सेल आ चुकी थी..... ःइसके बाद की बचत ही होगी....
यही सोचते सोचते मुस्कराते हुए उस ने ग्राहकों को चाय दी
और बर्तन साफ करने लगा......
तभी......चर्रर्रर्रर्र...... गाड़ियों के टायर की आवाज़ आई....
हरामखोर , चोर , कमीना ,.. , पता नहीं है लाक-डाउन चालू है....
यहाँ अपनी कोरोना की दुकान खोले , धंधा कर ने बैठा है......
साहब!!! मैंने तो सुना था लाक-डाउन खुल गया है...
तेरे बाप का तबेला खुला है साले....
फेंको इस का सामान....
साथ आए पुलिसवालों ने उतर कर 2-4 डंडे मारे और
सारा सामान पास बहते नाले में फेंक दिया....
पुलिस के जाने के थोड़ी देर बाद लुटा पिटा सा घर की तरफ
चल दिया... रास्ते में ठेके पर पर लाइन देख कर ठिठक गया....
सोच कर परेशान.....
कि क्या मेरी रोटी से ज्यादा जरूरी सरकार की दारू की
दुकान है......
कुछ देर सोचने के बाद #छोटू दारु की लाइन में लगा था...
और सरकार को एक नया आदमी मिल चुका था देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में योगदान बढ़ाने के लिए......😊🌷

^^^ ( Refer to above to pictures ) : नेट देवता अगले तीन दिन तक बारिश और ओलावृष्टि बता रहे हैं हमारे यहां। करीब दस बारह बीघा भूमि गन्ना बुवाई के लिए तैयार पड़ी है। अगर आज बुवाई नहीं हो पाई और बारिश हो गई तो कम से कम हफ्ता दस दिन फसल पिछाई हो जाएगी। इसलिए सुबह से ही खेत तैयार करने में लगा हुआ हूं।
हुआ यूं कि मैं तो आराम से जुताई किए जा रहा था कि अचानक पिताजी अपनी फटफटिया पर सवार खेत पर आ पहुंचे। जैसे ही मैं ट्रैक्टर घुमाकर उनकी तरफ चेहरा किया तो उन्होंने इशारे से ट्रैक्टर रुकवा लिया।
ट्रैक्टर बन्द करके जैसे ही मैंने पूछा कि क्या हुआ तो बोले तुझे ये दो टिटहरी दिखाई नहीं दे रहीं जो ट्रैक्टर के चारों ओर चक्कर लगा रही हैं। मैंने कहा कि वो तो जब जुताई होती है तो कीड़े चुगने के लिए पक्षी ट्रैक्टर के आस-पास घूमते ही हैं। पिताजी हंसते हुए बोले कि बेटा अगर पक्षियों की हरकत और उनकी आवाज से उनके भाव नहीं समझ सकते हो तो कैसे किसान हो तुम...
ये जोड़ा इतनी कातरता से इसलिए चिल्ला रहा है कि इसके अंडे कहीं खेत में रखे हुए हैं और तेरा ट्रैक्टर उन्हें नष्ट कर देगा। (टिटहरी कभी भी पेड़ पर घोंसला नहीं बनाती, खाली पड़े खेतों में ही अंडे देती है)
अब पहले ट्रैक्टर रोक और इसके अंडे ढूंढ।
"अब इतने बड़े खेत में इसके अंडे कैसे ढूंढूं"??
"ट्रैक्टर बन्द करके खड़ा कर दे, थोड़ी देर में ये खुद ही अपने अंडों पर जाकर बैठ जाएगी"
और असल में हुआ भी ऐसा ही। जैसे ही टिटहरी निश्चिंत हुई कि अब बाकी खेत की जुताई नहीं होगी वह सचमुच अपने अंडों पर जाकर बैठ गई।
अब मैंने पिताजी से पूछा कि अंडे तो मिल गये, अब क्या करना है। इन्हें उठाकर दूसरी जगह रख दूं?..
"नहीं, अगर तूने अंडे गन्दे कर दिए तो फिर यह उनपर नहीं बैठेगी"
"फिर क्या करुं"
"करना क्या है, अंडों के चारों तरफ एक एक मीटर खेत छोड़ दे। बाद में बुवाई कर देंगे इतने में"
पिताजी मुस्कुराते हुए कह रहे थे और मैं सिर्फ बारह दर्जे पढ़े हुए अपने किसान पिता को देखते हुए चेहरा दूसरी ओर घुमाकर अपने आंसू रोकने की कोशिश कर रहा था!..
मुझे एअरकंडीशंड आफिस और कार में बैठने योग्य बनाने वाले मेरे साधारण पढे हुए पिता कितने असाधारण हैं उनकी निश्छल मुस्कान बता रही थी...
हम साला हजार रुपए भी कस्टमर पर उधार करते हुए मुंह बनाते हैं और किसान चार अंडे बचाने के लिए एक हलाई खेत खाली छोड़ देता है

One way chotu ...pata nahi india mein kitne hai ..I am not happy with government decision to open liquor shop ..agar open kiya hai toh why so much tax...kitna mehengai dekhna hai abhi. Delhi govt increased vat on petrol and diesel which will eventually increase the rates of other articles ..
Chotu ka khana government ko nahi dikha ..politicians are super b****** .they can't see a poor man operating his small small but can allow big business men liquor shops.there is a lot of black marketing of it going on in Delhi...
Kissan ...Woh sabka sochte hai par unka koi nahi sochta ...coz of changing climatic conditions and corona lot of crops spoiled ..
