Part 7

Arjun(thinking):Lets see..tum batao? Conjuring? Ya incedious? Or even better lets watch sinister..

Riya's face turns scary hearing it.

Riya:No sir..lets..lets watch some..some comedy..

Arjun:No Riya..Saturday night is for horror.. so decide..maine 3 options diye hain.

Riya(mutters):Khadoos Akdu sadu.

Arjun:Kuch kaha?

Riya:Nahi to..umm ok then..Conjuring.

Arjun:Done.

They reach Arjun's home.

It was around 10 pm. They (rather only Arjun) decided to start movie around 11. He set mattresses pillows etc in his living room to give theatre feel and Riya arranged snacks and drinks and changed into comfortable clothes.

Arjun(checking time):Its almost time..lets start.

Riya nods. Arjun switch off the lights and both takes their place. She sit almost an arm distance to him. Arjun starts movie while Riya was praying all gods she remember. Arjun chuckles seeing it.

Arjun:Relax Riya..its just a movie..

Riya:Aapke liye its just a movie..but mujhe bahut dar lagta hai horror se sir..

Arjun:Okay..agar zyada dar lage to mai band kar dunga..promise.

She nods. Movie starts. A family shifts to a new house and arranging their stuff. Both are feeling bored in starting and are in laying position. They finish almost half of their snacks. At one point of movie someone pulls girl's leg while she is sleeping. Riya straighten herself seeing that and hides half of her face under quilt. Arjun shakes his head in disbelief.

Riya:Ye sari ghadi 3:07 pe kyu ruk gayi?

Arjun:Pata nahi..aage dekho pata chal jayega.

During the movie Riya hides herself inside the quilt and only keeps her eyes out because Arjun don't let her cover fully while he enjoys it like he deals with ghosts daily.

While reaching the last part Riya shifts towards Arjun. When women on the chair turns upside down Riya screams and snuggles into Arjun and hugs him tightly making him shocked. He immediately switch off the tv and tend to her.

Arjun:Riya..Riya..

He slowly takes her out from his hold and cups her face making her look at him.

Arjun:Daro mat..dekho maine movie band kardi.

Riya:Sorry sir..par..wo achanak se..

Arjun:Are its ok..sorry kis liye..mujhe nahi lagani chahiye thi horror ye janne ke baad bhi ki tumhe dar lagta hai..mujhe nahi pata tha tum itna dar jaogi.

Riya:Wo raat ko dekh rahi hu na isiliye..dinme dar nahi lagta.

Arjun(giggles):Dinme dekhne me kya maza..asli maza to raat ko hai.

Riya(smiles):Haan..chaliye movie complete karte hain..mujhe suspense me chodna pasand nahi..i want to see how they save her.

Arjun:Thats great..lets continue..par dar lage to bata dena ok.

Riya nods. Both parts realising how close they are sitting. Arjun starts movie immediately to avoid awkwardness.

Riya still sits closer to him and holds his right hand. While reaching the end her grip tightens but she still watch it.

Arjun side hug her to make her comfortable.

Riya:Finally done..sach kahu to mujhe maza aya.

Arjun(smiles):Really..then next week again.

Riya(immediately):Noo..i mean first time aapke saath movie dekhi na to usme maza aya.

Arjun(chuckles):I know..tum fir kabhi horror nahi dekhogi haina.

Riya:Haan..right..

Arjun:Chalo Sam aur Ayesha ka plan cancel ka ek fayda hua..tumne kuch naya experience kiya.

She makes face making him laugh. Arjun show her the room and he goes to his room to sleep.

Riya is unable to sleep whole night due to fear and keeps rolling on bed but Arjun is sleeping peacefully. She sees time 3:07. She gets scared but composes herself and goes out of room. She peeps inside his room and see him sleeping peacefully.

Riya(mv):Huh..meri nind uda ke maze se so rahe hain..agar soyi nahi to kal photos me dark circles hi dikhenge..isse better to plan hi cancel kar dungi..

Next morning

Riya wakes up first as she hardly got to sleep last night and gets feshen up. She prepares breakfast for both of them. Meanwhile Arjun too gets ready. After few mins

Arjun(shouts from his room):Riyaa..

Riya(shouts back):Haan sir..abhi ayi.

She go to his room and see what he want. Finding nothing unusual she ask

Riya:Kya hua sir..

Arjun(pointing towards something):Ye kya hai..

Riya(fumbles):Wo..aapki..aapki watch..

Arjun(folding his arms):Wo to mujhe bhi dikh raha hai..par isme time kya ho raha hai..

Riya:3:07? Par abhi to 9 baje hain.

Arjun(raising his eye brow):Exactly..kya mai jaan sakta hu iss ghar ki sabhi ghadiyan 3:07 pe kyu ruk gayi..

Riya:Mujhe kaise pata hoga sir..ghar aapka ghadi aapki..maybe cell weak ho gaye ho..

Arjun:Really..to ye dekho..

He opens the cell box of one the clock and they see its empty.

Arjun:Isme cell hi nahi hai.

Riya(shocked):Kya..aisa kaise..

Arjun:Ye to tum batao.

Riya:Sir mai..

Arjun:Haan tum..aur kaun.

Riya(making innocent face):Par sir mujhe kuch nahi pata..

Arjun:Achha fir to tum kahogi ki (showing something)ye hair clip bhi tumhari nahi hai.

Riya(mv):Shit ye kab giri..(then says):Wo wo sir..

Arjun(going close to her,playfully):Tum kitni bhi koshish karlo mujhe nahi dara sakti.. mai kisi se nahi darta Riya..

She makes a sad face making him chuckle.

Riya:Sorry sir mai to bas chota sa mazak.

Arjun:Mai shuru se hi janta tha ye tumhari shararat hai..waise ye purana tarika hai.. try something new.

Riya looks at him and both have a small eyelock..unknowingly she start blushing..before Arjun could notice her scarlet face her phone start ringing bringing them out of trance.

Riya:Sir maine breakfast bana diya hai..aap chaliye mai bas ayi.

He leaves and she picks up the call. Its her friends asking for plan.

Riya:Haan do ghante me milte hain..movie hub (fake name) me

Call ends. Riya quickly gets ready and both have their breakfast together.

Riya:Sir aaj aapki bhi to chutti hogi na..kya karenge din bhar.

Arjun:Kuch khaas nahi bas cleaning video games wagehra..

Riya:Thats great enjoy..aap Mr Rathod aur Ayesha mam se nahi milenge?

Arjun:Wo dono saath me kahin busy honge..to aaj ka din mera..me time you see..

Riya:Thats best..achha sir ab mai chalti hu..kal sach me bahut maza aya..

Arjun(giggles):Mujhe bhi..aur aaj subah bhi.

Riya(whines):Sir.

Arjun(laughs):Achha chalo..mai chod dete hu tumhe..

Riya agrees. They reach movie hub by 11:15 and Riya sees her friends waiting for her. She asks Arjun to drop few buildings before mall so as to avoid teasing by her friends.

Arjun:Par mall to aage hai.

Riya:Haan sir par wo..wo aapko turn karne me problem ayegi..aage koi cut nahi hai na to..

Arjun was not convinced still agreed and dropped her. She takes a sigh of relief. The day passes with Riya having fun with her friends while Arjun enjoying his alone time. At night team have plan to do dinner together. He told Riya he will plan her meet with his friends next week making her excited.

After few days

One morning

In ETF

Ayesha:Sir shapes apartment (fake name) se ek ladki ka call aya hai..wo keh rahi thi unke saamne wale flat se kuch smell aa rahi hai kal raat se..watchman aur kuch logo ki madad se khola to usme 2 senior citizens ki laash mili.

Rathod:Lets go team..Shree Arjun ko call karke kaho commissioner sir ko file submit karke directly wahan mile.

Shree:Sir..

They goes.

In crime scene

Rathod:Kisne call kiya tha?

Girl:Maine sir..aaj subah se hi yahan se smell aa rahi hai..bell bajayi to kisi ne darwaza nahi khola.

Rathod:Ok..aapka naam?

Girl:Riya..Riya Mukherjee..

Rathod nods and everyone (ETF,Riya and watchman) sees the body of an old couple. Ayesha and Riya goes out covering their nose.

Rathod:Shree inki details nikalo.

Riya:Mr Rathod..

Rathod:Ji?

Riya:Mai research desk me stastistical department me kaam karti hu aur police ke research ka bhi..maine aapko call karne ke turat baad inki details nikal li thi..so if you dont mind can i?

Rathod(smiles):Yes yes sure..it will be great help..Shree Riya se details le lo

He nods and takes details.

Shree:Riya Mukherjee..bengali right.

Riya nods.

Shree:Tum hamari team me hoti na ham dono ki khoob jamti..

Riya smiles. She wanted to know about Arjun so she asks from Shree.

Riya:Waise team me itne hi log hain kya..

Shree:Nahi..team me hum 5 log hain..hamare second in command ACP Arjun Rawte kisi kaam se gaye hain..aate hi honge.

Riya:Oh.

Rathod:Lets go guys..yahan ka kaam ho gaya..

Chotu:Par sir abhi Arjun sir to aye nahi..

Rathod:Koi baat nahi..Riya..

Riya:Ji.

Rathod:Abhi hamara ek officer ACP Arjun ayega..tum use flat ki keys de dena..let hin check the crime scene once.

Riya:Sure.

They goes. After sometime Arjun comes and meet Riya.

Riya:Sir ye flat ki keys.

He goes inside and search for clues. Riya stand outside but peep inside to search. She sees soemthing and goes inside..she was about to pick it up when..

Arjun:Riya wait..

Riya:Sorry sir..wo mujhe laga thodi help ho jayegi..

Arjun:Nahi wo baat nahi hai..kisi bhi evidence ko bina gloves ke nahi uthate..nahi to tumhare finger prints aa jayenge us par..

Riya:Oh..ek minute.

She picks up the envelope from her kerchief and hand it over to Arjun..

He put all evidence in zip lock bag and leaves..Riya to office and Arjun to ETF. They solve it till evening. After completing paper work Rathod calls the day off around 6 pm.

Shree:Thank god jaldi kaam khatam ho gaya aaj.

Chotu:Haan bas aaj koi aur case na aye.

Shree:Chotu chal na raat ko kahin chalte hain.

Chotu:Thik hai kisi pub me chalte hain.

Shree:Haan achha idea hai..mujhe 9 baje pick kar liyo haan.

He nods and they leave. Here Arjun too leaves. Rathod Ayesha changes meaningful glances seeing him going and follows him.

Rathod:Juno ruk..

Arjun stops and turns at them.

Ayesha:Chalo na aaj kahin chalte hain..itne dino baad saath me time mila hai.

Arjun:Tum dono jao..mera mann nahi hai.

Rathod:Dekh yaar aisa mat kar..achha kahin bahar nahi to mere ghar chal..tujhe mai mast cutting chai pilaunga.

Arjun:Tum dono jao..mai ek ghante me aata hu kaam hai..

Ayesha:Hum bhi chalenge tumhare saath.

Arjun:Lekin.

Rathod:Ayesha thik keh rahi hai..tumhe akele nahi chod sakte.

Arjun nods. They leaves for a temple. He ask a priest to arrange for death anniversary of his mother. After around an hour they leaves for Rathod's home.

Here after work Riya reaches home and thinks to call Arjun but drops idea thinkimg him to be busy.

Riya(mv):Baad me call karti hu..abhi shayad Mr Rathod aur Ayesha mam ho unke saath.

She prepares a coffee for herself and takes her dairy and pen and goes to balcony to write.

Rathod's home

Sameer prepares coffee and tea.

Ayesha:Sam tumhari coffee improve ho gayi..haina Arjun? Kuch alag lagi chai ya wahi beswaad.

Arjun(smile lightly):Better.

Ayesha:Yaad hai jab isne ek baar hum sabke liye coffee banayi thi academy me..

Flashback

It was weekend so Sam invites few of his friends and Ayesha in his room for a,small get together. He prepares beverages and orders snacks from canteen.

Rahul(one of the trainee):Sam tu pakka sure hai na ki ye chai hum pi sakte hain.

Arjun and some other officers see how light is the colour of tea and coffee looks more like black coffee.

Rathod:Are haan yaar..tum log peekar to dekho..agli baar jab bhi piyoge yaad karoge mujhe.

They all nods and takes a sip. They were about to spat it out but somehow manages to gulp it down.

Arjun(making disgusting face):Sahi kaha tha tu ne jab bhi next time chai piyenge tujhe yaad karenge.

Everyone glares him.

Rathod:Are yaar wo first time banayi thi na bas isiliye.

Then Ayesha makes beverages for them and they enjoy their evening.

Flashback ends.

Arjun and Ayesha were laughing while Rathod is sulking.

Rathod:Huh itna nahi tha jo wo saari chai coffee mujhe pila di..eww..kitna bekar taste tha..

Ayesha:Haan to..tum hume pila,sakte ho to khud kyu nahi pi sakte.

Arjun:Exactly..tit for tat.

They hi five and Rathod glares them. They enjoy their evening relishing academy memories and leaves after having dinner. After dropping Ayesha Arjun reaches home. He change and after making himself comfortable he calls Riya who picks up after several rings.
