It is no use to discuss corona anymore we all know people r deing

Delhi cm wants to open entire Delhi. He said we have to live with corona ( bitter truth) .

Traumatic part ...He said ( laughing ) agar kisi ko hota hai toh hospital jaaye aur ilaaz karwa le ...

He forgets to mention conditions of Delhi hospitals ..

Even after calling for hours no ambulance or doctors came for help ..

A doctor's brother died coz of corona still the other members of the family were not tested even after continuous request from 4 days ..

Patients trying to run away from quarantine centres coz of non availability of food and other facilities ..

Delhi been capital is in total mess then I can understand the conditions in far off districts ..

Politicians are carefree as they can't be hit by corona ( precautions affordable) ...letting poor people to die ..

Delhi CM is a real fool. He said Covid 19 is like any other disease if we keep deaths low. 😡 Kya unhe nahi pata ki poore world mein kitne log mar rahe hai. Inspite of ICMR warning he said Plasma therapy continue rahegi, frankly agar kisi ko apni jaan pyaari hai to Delhi mein crowd se door hi rahe.

India ki aadat hai beginning mein he apni tareef karne ke War is not over yet. 🤢 India khud hi apni condition ka zimmedar hai just look 1.3 Billion population Hadd hai Kisi aur country ko dekh lo China ko chod ke. New Zealand isliye jeet raha hai waha par 1 crore se kam population hai. Delhi ki to khud 1 crore se jyada hai🥱. Kisne kaha tha poor ko 5-6 kids karne ko bas takleef mein to wo hi hai sabse jyada. India mein jaha dekho log hi log dikhte hai bet me India ki situation aur worst honi hai.

Spanish flu was by h1n1 virus and thus different from covid ..

Now scientists have got so much tarakki hope so we soon get covid virus ki ending ..

India had the highest number of deaths during Spanish flu ..this fact scared me a lot ..

But again...how this Spanish flu ended ??

This was also a human transmission flu as it came to india from the soldiers who went to Europe to fought world war one then how it ended . .

If scientists found out this answer may be then we can have some way to stop çorona

The key-word is "used-to".

Few Madaris, in the street, whips hunters themselves on their open bare-back and have their skin dead and sense-less after some days.......... and then, it hurts them nothing, and so with the Moharam's Jaa-Huseein julus, whipping themselves with chains, cutters and swords,.... ! No ?

It's a tendency of any Cell / white cells to get used to with it, after certain time ( Friend-ly-foe-ly accommodation of living together ) and creating a strategy to fight and/or resist / accommodate with it,... and that's what the surrendering herd immunity is all about,....!

I remember, when I was a kid we had a hugh, old, tear and tottern mirror in, dirty Indian-styled ( unsophisticated ) toilet area...... and behind it, in wooden frames and cardboard papers there were loads of small flying bugs ( we call "Fuda" in India ) Initially we had a kerosene pump and were spraying it behind that mirror and it was working fine... but, 1-2 yrs later the Kerosene had no impact, as they all got used to with it,.... ! btw,.. India has also the same problem today,... All mosquitoes have gone DDT poof and hence it's not working on them,...anymore,...

You must have heard, docs and many articles saying that, don't make it a habit ( make yrs body used-to ) of taking anti-biotics ( unless you really really really have to have as a starving need ) , very often and making it a used-to practice,... 'Coz, otherwise when you will really need it, it won't work. ( below pic )

Same with,...... don't habituate your body with day-to-day ready-made Vitamin tablets ( if not urgent need, Or Doc has prescribed for a reason ) , .... Or they ( related body Cells / digesting organs/bacteria ) will lose its own skill, power and energy of abstracting the Vitamins from the foods, fruits and vegetables, doing its own effort, No to daily fun-time used to habit with any Centrum or Theragram Vitamin Pills.

So,.. that's the tendency of each Cell and Organ,.. to "get used-to" with it ( circumstances ) after certain time, for accommodation. Same thing applies to p**nography viewing too,...... brain-neurons will lose minding with sensitiveness,...

Also, in any wild pond if you must have noticed, da two giants, Hippo and Crocodiles living in same pond and now,....two enemy giant community living together,... they don't even kill or attack/harm each others' kids ,.... 'Coz now they know,...No way out,...

Must get used to, just like Israel and Palestine,.... and so will happen in our body 2 , for Blood's white cell v/s those Protein covid19 particles,..... If you can't raze them some sort of compromise will be made,......

They say,.... in our intestine 100s of diff tribe of Bacteria lives and btw.... all Bacteria are not bad,...... 95% or more kind are good, who digest our food and does other imp. good work,...

So ? Dunn'o who is the enemy,...... one day,.. it will be some kind of compromise,..,..either way,.... either you raze and remove covid19,.... or our blood cell compromises somewhere,...

From 2 million deaths of the oxford model to scaling down of the deaths to 60K (which is already crossed) to this additional predicted deaths on reopening of economy through out the country!(233000 additional deaths)

If we are to trust the NYC data that around 22% of population may have got the infection then it seems like this virus has the potential to kill around 1% of total population with lock down.

But so much is still unknown since southern hemisphere has not seen same intensity as north.

btw,....20% is what Cuomo said yesterday, I would have guessed more like 25-33% frankly.

An antibody test in Bergamo (which was very badly hit) found around 61% positive. They're planning to do mass antibody testing. With such high numbers, false positives are not a big deal. That gives a fatality rate of between 1-1.5%, but in an older cohort.

Age and health are very important factors in fatality. In old age homes, the fatality rate is over 20%.

Looks like the Chinese study got reviewed and accepted for publication in Lancet:

The Chinese study had confirmed reduced time to clinical improvement, which NIH study also seems to have done.

The bolded findings indicate no statistical significance with adverse events between remdesivir (66%) vs. placebo (64%).

Since the Chinese study is aligned now with NIH study, looks like the Chinese study got a go ahead from Lancet.

Findings

Between Feb 6, 2020, and March 12, 2020, 237 patients were enrolled and randomly assigned to a treatment group (158 to remdesivir and 79 to placebo); one patient in the placebo group who withdrew after randomisation was not included in the ITT population. Remdesivir use was not associated with a difference in time to clinical improvement (hazard ratio 1·23 [95% CI 0·87–1·75]). Although not statistically significant, patients receiving remdesivir had a numerically faster time to clinical improvement than those receiving placebo among patients with symptom duration of 10 days or less (hazard ratio 1·52 [0·95–2·43]). Adverse events were reported in 102 (66%) of 155 remdesivir recipients versus 50 (64%) of 78 placebo recipients. Remdesivir was stopped early because of adverse events in 18 (12%) patients versus four (5%) patients who stopped placebo early.

Interpretation

In this study of adult patients admitted to hospital for severe COVID-19, remdesivir was not associated with statistically significant clinical benefits. However, the numerical reduction in time to clinical improvement in those treated earlier requires confirmation in larger studies.
