Urmila, Manisha and Karishma all three are far better than Kajol. Sadly Karishma's talent was never utilized well in Bollywood so she remained as very underrated and therefore judged every now and then. But I find Karishma better than her sister Kareena in the acting field. I wish she grabbed more challenging roles like she did in Dil Toh Paagal Hai.

I love them all, but yes Manisha is better actress.

Urmila is far better than the rest and somehow she couldn’t sustain. It’s all about support. Once you get one role then you get another but someone has to sign you. Her last movie was in 2008.

Kajol is overrated.

She belongs to the KJO and Yashraj team so I am not surprised.

Watch her in Helicopter Eela, haven't seen such ott acting for a long time.

Karishma also a mediocre, always ott like her sister

I do agree with your post. I like Karishma and Kajol a lot (may be because of the movies they did) but I have always found Manisha and Urmila better actresses than them.

Your points are valid about Karishma and Kajol.

While I have always found Manisha and Urmila very natural and even versatile actresses. They both are amazing actresses. ♥
