Waise, tell me something. When you are writing, do you come up with a framework or directly jump to the chapter and write the first draft?

I mainly go to the drafting phase, but I tried the framework method. It's nice. Not always effective, but nice. But I do wonder how people come up with entire stories (in fanfiction), if they don't know where they want to take it?
You didn't do a framework for your original story? Not to sound rude, I am simply curious as to how you go about writing an entire story. It is unexplored land for me, and I am trying to learn more :)

Be weak and see revenge
Be strong to forgive the pain
Be wise to ignore the undeserving
He took it being weak
