Its very hard to work from home. Here are some tips which might help you:
1. Follow the same timing you followed in office.
2. Get up everyday and dress up. Even if you are staying home, you can change clothes while sitting for work.
3. Dont think of this as a vacation. Plan for a vacation after this is all over. Stay
4. Take breaks of 15 mins after every 2 hours. Take 1 hour for lunch.
5. Dont sit on the bed and work, try to sit in front of a table.
6. While you take a break, go to balcony or terrace.
7. Do not allow yourself to procrastinate work.
