Thanks Rohini for sending me the link to this. Couldn't work out where it was!

We are all fine now, thank you. My husband's job is considered a key worker so he was still working and our area has been a bit of a hotbed for coronavirus which is why I was certain we were eventually going to catch it. My husband's colleague fell sick just over 3 and half weeks ago and was taken into hospital because she was quite serious and she tested positive for covid-19 (she's recovered now). My husband fell ill just over 2 weeks ago (he had to go in to be tested and it came back positive) and I started to feel unwell a few days later (not been tested but had all the same symptoms as him). The virus itself felt like a cross between flu and early pregnancy for me (everyone appears to have different symptoms). It started with a temperature and general tiredness (aches and pains) and I was oscillating between feeling really cold and really hot. Although my temperature was manageable with paracetamol (not anywhere near as high as other people's experiences). That lasted for a few days and than the dizziness and nausea came in for another 4 days. Honestly felt like I was pregnant again because I lost my sense of taste (and smell), had an awful metallic taste in my mouth. However both smell and taste have now returned to normal. Started a cough after that (not too bad) and still have the occasional remnants of it left. Otherwise still feel a bit tired but all ok. My husband was hit slightly harder (as men seem to be) but is much better now. The kids had a bit of fever but nothing else (I suppose that's why they are referred to as super spreaders because they hardly have any symptoms).

Most people who catch this virus tend to recover at home without any issues like us. It's a really strange virus because it manifests itself so differently in everyone's body (not convinced bat eating caused this. More likely an accidental leak from the wuhan lab or deliberate biological warfare). I was talking to my cousin who works in the local hospital and she feels fear is contributing factor to some people falling very sick. The media referring to it as the killer virus is not helping. Not taking away from the seriousness of it but people need to calm down. You have no idea how your body will deal with it until you catch it so why make yourself sick with worry beforehand. Just take the necessary precautions particularly for more vulnerable members of your family and relax and breath. Mental wellbeing is just as important as physical health to fight against this virus.

Apologies for the long post. Thought our experience with the virus might help ease some concerns you may have.

Stay safe.

W

Yeah i saw this and was shocked too...i watched Pavitra Rishta during those days not frequently ...but purvi and arjun...i liked them together on screen....and they have been together from long time after the show ended....not sure what went wrong...hope they find peace and hopefully good life partners...

Did Karan and Krystle ever admit being in relationship on record? Have been reading about them being together in tabloids only...

Have watched Special Ops on Amazon and Karan had very good role in that show...i liked that series...worth a watch ..

Hopefully you and your family recovers very soon and be healthy again....🤗
