She was talking about Arhaan in the video, not fans. Fans toh (unfortunately) keep harassing and threatening everyone, its pointless to take them seriously.

If it's a serious thing, then she definitely would file a complaint. Don't worry, she is staying with her family now, and hence would be safe and okay.
