I was talking to my Dadu. He is in the village during lockdown.

He said all villages in our taluka district and around has made a rule to not allow anyone inside the village. Sarpanch’s arranged a bed and room in temples. And whoever comes from cities, stays there for 2 weeks before mingling with other village people.

I am super proud of the way India’s rural and often regarded as illiterates have responded to this pandemic. Impressed.
