So do people here think that India is gonna re-open in May, or is it more likely to stretch upto June?

Are we allowed to discuss the origins of the virus i.e. whether it was in a wet market vs the South China institute of Virology? Also, when you say we shouldn't post xenophobic comments, do they extend to the Communist Party of China (CPC)?
About politics, how about the WHO, whether Tedros is a sock-puppet of Beijing and his record in overseeing THREE cholera epidemics in Ethiopia when he was the health minister there? And whether the US is justified in suspending the funding of WHO?
Also, talking about communal, are we allowed to contrast the response to the virus by countries like Saudi Arabia (which has stopped the haj and cracked down ruthlessly on social distancing violaters) vs other countries (like Turkey, Iran, Pakistan) that are 'helplessly' doing nothing about it?

Yes you can discuss about the origin. If there are articles about China govt and corona/WHO issues , you can discuss about that too without going into other political issues. ex: war between countries.
You can definitely discuss the measures taken by each country and how it has affected the number of cases.
The only thing which isn't allowed is communalising it or giving it a political angle. for example : xyz religion is the reason or xyz political party is the reason.
War b/w countries? One of the issues that came up was that a group of Taiwanese doctors visited Wuhan, and they were the ones who first brought it to the notice of the WHO, which dismissed their findings and went along w/ the official Beijing line that the virus is not human-human communicable. This is directly driven by the cold war b/w China and Taiwan that's been on since 1949.
Also, last I read, both Egypt and Saudi Arabia have banned gatherings in mosques during Ramadan, even while Turkey, Pakistan and others struggle w/ that issue
