I have not read books, my knowledge is based on television and what we studied in school. I just want to know why didn't Draupadi stop her chirharan? After Krishna saved her, she went on to give lecture and curse people, why didn't she do it before? Why wait for Krishna to save her?

Actually Drapaudi never tried to curse anybody that s myth. Even dushashan s blood bath is a myth. And she did saved herself not only herself but even managed to free her husbands from slavery.

Panchali, she had so many shades but hardly any of them have been realistically presented on-screen or in books. There's so much in the texts to explore but people instead make up their own tales and present it because 'creative liberties' you see.

Try Aryavarth chronicles best book on Mahabharata imho.the author has done full justice to panchali s character. Every panchali fan will it.

Shakuni. Usne apni sister gandhari ki khushi ke liye zameen aasaman ek kar diya usne Mahabharata kar was diya so that uski sister gandhari . Happy rahe He made conspiracy against pandav so that his sister gandhari remain happy He keep fighting fo right for his sister till his last breath. He never gave up though gandhari never ask his brother to fight for her right

I think it's difficult to point out one interesting character. Every character in Mahabharata brings an unique flavour to the epic in my opinion.

My personal favourite is Karna. However, according to me, the most interesting character is Lord Krishna. He sort of drove the entire thing when he stepped into the story.

Satyavati also had excellent managerial skills a super saasuma she was .

Gandhari was surrounded by negativity from.....bro,Husband, a100 sons... yet she stood for what is correct till the end .

Each and every one in Mahabharat is very interesting. So it is impossible to choose.
