12 hours? 😲 Do u have any underlying health issues? does lying down helps? maybe its ur back or neck which is causing the headache given the binge watching u did.

It started 12 hours earlier. It has been going up and down. I have allergies, no other health issues. Lying down doesn't help since I can't sleep. I tried and wake up within 2 hours. 😭

Solution is in the problem here.

You are sleep deprived. You need to find a way to get good sleep. You sleep well , give your mind and body the much deserved rest and you should be good.

The task ahead - putting yourself to sleep.

What medication have you taken? Paracetamol 500 works for me perfectly. Take it, have tons of water and try to go to sleep. If you have any allergic reactions, take cetrizine 10mg half. That should do it. Sleeping it off is the only cure and then take a shower in the morning. If you're having too much difficulty sleeping then cough syrup should help.

Paracetamol 500 works for me too. It's not working today. Pain went down for a while, now its back. That's why I posted. Thanks for the suggestion. I will remember it 🤗
