Indian cuisine is amazing. The bare minimum you need is Rice, flour,dals,besan,poha ,rava, potatoes.

Chappati,paratha, dal , idli,dosa, poha, upma, dhokla, khandvi ,rice baaths, pongals etc...so many basic delicious recipes can be made from it. Rava,poha n all doubles/triples up when water is added.

Indian cuisine is Best! If you have stocked up rice, dals, atta, poha, rava and basic masalas, you should be good for 6 months without needing anything else.
