This is very interesting. This is why I love stats. But since its still a smaller part of the entire data it wont be completely conclusive.
So basically it could be a number of things.
Could be that black people are more prone to the virus genetically.. which is kinda crushes all those immunity claims ( still true for yellow fever) BUT this is unlikely since we've seen the way Italy was affected ( again another factor : it was the oldies). Black people getting more infected than that rate is pretty unlikely.
More likely because of income inequality/poverty have to go out more frequently, less work from home options and less social distancing and isolation.
Could be how closely they live too. Population density. Other factors like age,smoking,poorer healthcare,underlying medical strain not treated properly. I hope other states do this too.
