From what I see it is a long term planning. Remember indi music is jsut a platform . A small one. Why do u think sid has chosen a relatively small platform, and not big ones.

And It wld have been very easy to have some paid promotions and increase views. But they don't want that. They want organic views. If the song hits its target ( 100mn is not , I believe 70 80 wld be good) ,then it wld give a strong ,very strong message to the industry at large.

Sidnaaz didnt indulge in press interviews ,events .The publicity was online. Song is becoming hit due to their fans and obv cos the content is good. They want word of mouth to make song success.

Badshah song has crossed 100mn. But we know how it was done. Everytime inwathced something on youtube ,their song popped up as an ad.
