Chapter 2:Mis Inocentes Fantasías Ilícitas

She was just sitting there acting as if she was listening to the conversation of the elder men around her. She was physically present in the room but mentally she was with him. Him you ask. Its Anirudh Roy Chaudhary. The only man who could ever accelerate the heartbeats of the girl who never looks over males. His thoughts made her venture to the most illicit thoughts. Her dreams for him were such that she couldn’t say to anyone.

Yes, she might be innocent pure and untainted but his thoughts corrupted her, made her impure and tainted her. And the more she became untainted was the more she felt the need to. He was like the triton. Those intense gazes of his which perused the place enticed her and made her think the darkest thoughts. He wasn’t just her infatuation. He was her addiction. The addiction for which she didn’t mind getting destroyed. The addiction which had obsessed her to such an extent that she couldn’t go back. She was innocent and pure little girl for everyone. A good girl. But no one knew that the good girl also had a bad side. The side which she wanted him to see. Wanted him to love. She knew it was impossible. Why will the aristocratic heir of Roy Chaudhary like a young little girl like her.

He might as well be courting the vivacious Saudamini Mukherjee his college mate and Trilochan kaka’s business partner’s daughter. She was everything which Bondita wasn’t. Everything he deserved. Vivacious, poised and beautiful. She was that person who when entered the room would light it up with her aura of power.

Bondita was nothing in front of her. She sighed with sadness knowing the only man she ever felt for would never look at her. She knew that she wouldn’t ever be over him because he wasn’t just an infatuation. He was so much more. He wasn’t just the elder brother of her best friend who she was attracted to. He was that person who without even trying had corrupted her. Who had destroyed her sleep? Who had evaded her thoughts so brutally?

She knew this wasn’t something so small as an infatuation. It was much deeper than that. This attraction towards the beast was a way of getting destroyed. Though she didn’t mind getting destroyed but will he do that? Will he let her in. She didn’t mind losing herself for her but will he give his self to her?

She didn’t know that does he even know that she existed. She didn’t know what she was for him. The daughter of his father’s friend or the best friend of his youngest brother. She didn’t know anything except that she loved him. Loved him against the restraints of the world, against the mayhems of the world. She knew she should forget him as even if he ever loves her their bond won’t be accepted. Her father wouldn’t allow a man ten years elder to her to wed her. He just won’t.

This love was a doomed love. She knew it had no ending. It was endless with only pain for her, but still she couldn’t stop her. Couldn’t save herself from losing her self completely. She would’ve not even if there was a choice because she knew she rather forget herself than forget her love for him.

She knew that maybe she has to become someone else’s but she couldn’t think of being anyone’s except his. She didn’t even want to. Yes, he might not love her. No, he might not even know that she existed but she knew. She knew where he was every time. Call it atrocious, call it immaturity but yes, she would stalk him silently. She might be a good girl and queen of light but even a good girl has a bad side.

Even a queen of light needs to have darkness to spread light. She knew not what was fated for her. She knew not if she deserved her but she couldn’t help but fall for the man whom the world regarded as the king of darkness. S

he didn’t want him to love her back. Her love wasn’t that shallow, wasn’t that fickle wasn’t that volatile. She loved him and that’s all that mattered. Her love was enough for her to survive. Yes, she had completely destroyed herself in his love but she wasn’t knowing that his love will give her a new identity.

She was unaware of the game which that fates would play in bringing the queen and the king together. She was unaware that this world was going to be witness to one of the darkest and most intense love tales. She was unaware. But sometimes having no knowledge is best. They might turn out to be surprises.

She knew that he won’t reciprocate but was her thoughts right?

Did he actually not notice her. Did he not reciprocate her feeling of love? Was he unaware truly? Was this love truly forbidden. Was this story meant to be tragic? Was it meant to be incomplete was it not be a fairy tale?

Of course, it wasn’t a fairy tale. It was darker, deeper, more intense, more illicit. It was a play of the fates, a love story which was a bed of roses. But let’s not forget even roses have thorns. She was unaware but not for long. She was innocent but not for long. She was untainted but not for long. Because she was the queen and a king are always incomplete without hi queen.
