अगले 20 घ॔टे भारत के लिए भारी

WHO ICMR की भारत को चेतावनी

WHO ICMR ने कहा है कि यदि 20 घ॔टे में भारतीय नहीं सुधरे तो भारत कल रात 11 बजे के बात 'THIRD STEP" यानी " कम्युनिटी ट्रान्शमिशन"में प्रवेश कर जायेगा।

और अगर भारत कल रात तक थर्ड स्टेज यानी कम्यूनिटी ट्रांशमिशन में जाता है तो भारत मे 15 APRIL तक लगभग 50000(पचास हजार) तक मौतें हो सकती हैं,क्यूँकि अन्य देशों की अपेक्षा भारत का जनसंख्या घनत्व बहुत अधिक है परन्तु भारतीय अभी तक इसकी गम्भीरता को नहीं समझ रहे हैं।

ईश्वर से दुआ करो की कल तक भारत सेकेंड स्टेज में ही रहे।सभी नागरिकों से निवेदन प्लीज मस्ती मजाक सलाह कोरेना से सम्बंधित खबर छोड़ आज रात तक जितना हो ये फैलाओ की कुछ भी हो जाये 72 से 108 घण्टा बिल्कुल भी न निकले क्योकि कल भारत 3 स्टेज में शायद जा सकता है प्लीज सभी को अंदर रहने के लिये प्रेरीत करो 🙏🙏

I, just talked,.. already told my India living relatives to take care of certain thingies, especially.

1. Preserve 2-3 Bucket water more daily by recycling daily, in case the contamination starts in food and water, or water supply stops for whatsoever reason

2. Preserve more Indian long lasting corns ( rice, broken wheats, flours, sooji, Vesan, Poha, daals, lentils of all kinds ) and make habit and be prepared of living without fruits, vegetable and milk, if contamination spreads all-over

3. Keep door locks, string, fastened with air-tight door windows preparation of sealing if situation worsens of air spread, Also ppl may even opening start looting and robbing each other when food and water crisis worsens..

4. Keep enough amount of unworn Saree. Dhotis in house, as if situation worsens, you will need more layer of clothes ( daily new disposable masks of more layers ) to tear from and doing daily disposals, so keep enough un-wore sarees handy, as precaution.

Actually there was rumour that bus is there at Delhi border that is why thousand of labour come so that they can reach their home by bus and when they reach border they did not find bus and they can't go back too so they don't have option instead of going home by walk

आज किच्छा में ड्यूटी के दौरान एक बेबस और लाचार पिता से मुलाकात हुई जो अपनी दो बेटियों के साथ साइकिल से 50 किलोमीटर हल्द्वानी से बहुत परेशान हालत में किच्छा पहुंचा था रोकने पर उसके द्वारा बताया गया कि उसकी एक लड़की बीमार है कोरोनावायरस की मार के बाद रोजगार ना होने के कारण हल्द्वानी से वापस अपने घर साइकिल से जा रहा तथा वह और उसकी बेटियां पैसे न होने के कारण पिछले 24 घंटे से भूखे हैं उनकी हालत देखकर सच में आंखों में आंसू आ गए हमारी चेकिंग पुलिस टीम द्वारा आपस में सहयोग राशि जमा कर तत्काल आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की गई उक्त व्यक्ति को कोरोनावायरस के खतरे से अवगत कराते हुए सेनीटाइज किया गया तथा तुरंत घर जाने हेतु बताया बच्चियों को जब हमारे द्वारा खाने के लिए कुछ टॉफिया दी गई तो उनके चेहरे पर खुशी वह आंखों में चमक देखने लायक थी सच बताऊं उनकी खुशी देखकर ड्यूटी की कई दिन की थकान दूर हो गई! मेरा इस फोटो को शेयर करने का उद्देश्य मात्र यह है कि देश की विषम परिस्थिति में यथासंभव सरकारी तंत्र के कर्मियों के सहयोग से आसपास के गरीब असहाय तथा जरूरतमंद लोगों को यथासंभव सहायता प्रदान करें! इस विषम परिस्थिति से निकलने में सभी भारतवासियों का सहयोग नितांत आवश्यक है 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Painful EMI Baloney :

आरबीआई की आज की प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस का जितना अर्थ में निकाल पाया वो कुछ इस तरह है कि..

जबतक आपके एकाउंट में पैसा है तब तक ओटोमेटिक ईएमआई कटती जायेगी सिस्टम के मुताबिक

मान लो अगर आपके एकाउंट में बिल्कुल पैसे नहीं हैं और उस कारण से ईएमआई नहीं काट पाए तो जो ईएमआई बाउंस का पेनल्टी लगता लगभग १०% वो मात्र नहीं लगेगा और नाही उस पर अतिरिक्त ब्याज।

अब जो आरबीआई कह रहा है उस हिसाब से हमें लाभ उठाना हो तो एकाउंट में प्रर्याप्त रकम ना रखें तब जाकर के आप तीन महीने तक ईएमआई को टाल सकते हैं

और उस पर कोई पेनल्टी ओर अतिरिक्त ब्याज बैंक या फाईनान्स कंपनी नहीं वसूल पायेंगे

ये किसी छोटे व्यसायी के लिए संभव ही नहीं है क्योंकि तय डेट के हिसाब से लोन के अलावा खरीद किए हुए माल का चेक ओलरेडी दे चुका है तय डेट को वह चेक क्लियरन्स में आयेंगे उसके लिए उसे अपने अकाउंट में बेलेंस रखना अनिवार्य है..

तो जाहिर है कि उस बेलेंस में से लोन की ईएमआई ओटोमेटिक कट जायेगी..

इससे अच्छा था सीधे बेंक ओर फाईनान्स कंपनी को आदेश दिया जाता कि जबतक स्थति सामान्य ना हो तबतक कोई ईएमआई ना वसुली जाए ..

फिर भी एक्सपर्ट ज्यादा अच्छी तरह समझा सकते हैं जानकार अपनी राय दें बाकी के पोस्ट से दूर रहें बेफिजूल की कमेन्ट ना करें 🙏🙏🙏
